About Chantal
Chantal sees life as a “big fat rainbow through a sparkly kaleidoscope telescope”. When asked to describe herself in one sentence, Chantal scrambles all of her favourite characteristics into one giant hyphenated: “nomadic-half-hippie half-scientist-clown-yogi-doctor”.
And that's exactly who she is. Growing up, Chantal wanted to be a clown. Exposed to the movie “Patch Adams” at an early age, she was intrigued by the power of laughter in healing, and made it her goal as to become a doctor.
During the years training as an MD, her love of sports, movement and exploring consciousness developed and led her to train as a 200hr YTT Rainbow Kids Yoga teacher in 2012 (kids and family yoga) and more recently as an Acroyoga teacher (Acroyoga Montreal, 2017) and Acro Mastermind coach (JandCtraining, 2019). She is also an avid practitioner of mountain and adventure sports, bringing balance and complementarity to her physical and mental practices.
Today, she strives to provide a holistic integrative medical approach as well as movement workshops, for all ages and close with nature, by merging these passions: medicine, movement, consciousness, play, and nature.
