"I can love freely and stay grounded."
I used to notice a pattern in relationships not just in myself but in others as well, when things got serious, fear would creep in. I’d pull away, doubt myself, or avoid commitment altogether. It isn't about others, it was about me learning to trust my own heart.
2 Tips to stay grounded and embrace love:
1️⃣ Check in with yourself: When fear arises, pause and ask, “What am I really afraid of?” Often, it’s not the other person, it’s losing your sense of self.
2️⃣ Anchor in your body: Take a deep breath, feel your feet on the floor, and remind yourself: “I can love freely and stay grounded.” Your body is your home, your safety.
