What I train during the week…
so I can move like this on the weekend ⛷️
Strong legs help — but performance doesn’t start there.
👀I train my visual system
→ because the brain needs clear input to move precisely.
👂🏽I train my vestibular system
→ because balance starts in the inner ear, not in the legs.
🧠I train neuro-informed flexibility
→ so my body can move without tension or resistance.
⚖️I train balance
→ to react fast, stay centred, and waste less energy.
🌬️And I train breath
→ to regulate my nervous system under load.
🚀When the nervous system feels safe,
movement becomes smooth, controlled, and free.
Strong legs help — but safety in the nervous system changes everything.
