Conducting Group classes or private Individual sessions, if I had to make a choice, i could never!!!!!
Initial years, i tried to devote completely to group sessions, and later on to Individual ones alone... but at both instances, i missed the other 💖
Both have their own wonderful charm, energy and healing capacities,and gradually I have found the balance 😊
Do share with us in comments what your preferred mode of working is, there are multiple right ways 😇
Here, Conducting a group session to fellow extremely skilled and involved therapists from Kusnacht Practice was an honour. These individuals bring so much health, calmness and guidance to their clients.... 💞
It is always wonderful to guide and be guided in a warm, loved and safe space, amid colleagues gradually building relations one step at a time. 🌸
Goal: If your team's goal is to get closer and improve understanding for a more integrated and sustainable way of working, invest time and energy in doing group activities together 💖🤲
Posture : Here, we are doing pigeon pose, which helps opening and relaxing the back, glutes muscles as you learn to let go with every exhale and let the stretch take over !

Dear friends who are working towards wholesome wellness,
Reaching out to the community to announce my Group Yoga classes! Details of timings, location, pricing are in the attached flyer.

All my students have immensely benefitted with calmer mind, better health, reduced/ eliminated physical stress and pain, better sleep, higher stamina 🙂

Feel free to write a mail if you have never done Yoga, to know if the session could help you. Know that you do not have to be at any particular place to start Yoga.

I also conduct private sessions for personals who need the session to be customized to their needs ( online & in-person ).
I am also a practicing Life Coach, hence we could combine the Wellness & Coaching spheres if that is the need.

My clients who have found immense benefits have professions in corporate office(IT, Law, Finance), child education, ski sports, psychologist to name a few.
Seniors or children with special conditions have found increased mobility and techniques to calm mind and breathe better.

YEAR END WHOLESOME MIND_BODY YOGA SESSIONS:

This is 4 Workshops Bundle. You may choose to part take in just one session as well.

Booking on Fitogram. Link towards end of this Descritpion.
(Share to whoever might be interested. These are going to be super epic Workshops)

Each session shall be different.
Variations will be provided to suit everybody with general fitness level.
*Please note, the timings of each workshop is different.
This is intentional to suit the type of session.

Updated time10th Dec 2022 - Time: 14:30-16:00PM

Hatha Yoga Session.
-Postures: synchronized with Breathwork
-Holding postures and letting body adapt and find comfort
-Postures to relax muscular tensions ( focussing on Lower back and Glutes)
-By End of Session, you will feel extremely relaxed and Stretched.
-Breathwork: to increase fire power and Awareness.
-Mantra Chanting: related to health, strength and fearlessness
-Guided relaxation
Last 20 mins of the session : we will work on Gratitude Journaling and benefits of the Habit.

11th Dec 2022 - Time: 6-7:30PM

-Trataka Meditation ( Candle Light Meditation)
-Postures: Vinyasa style flowing sequence, working on body fluidity and blockages
-Free flow movement to music
-Breathwork to calm and aid in sleeping better
-Shavasana(relaxation) to Music bowls
Last 15 mins shall be focussed on Chakra meditation : strengthening various intentions as Relationships, Communication, Empathy, Clarity...

17th Dec 2022 - Time: 08:00-09.30AM

-Postures: Heart Opening Postures to get over the crouched sitting tendencies
-Stretching and strengthening of the Torso, aided with Yoga belt where needed
-Stretches for Runners, cyclists, climbers, Tennis/ Squash players
-Breathwork to optimize breathing and improve Lung capacity
-By End of Session, you will feel extremely relaxed and Stretched.
-Chord cutting Meditation : to leave the Past and any Negative draining emotions and move towards future.
Last 15 mins of the Session are dedicated to Learning Anchoring Technique with which you can channel in any time the Confidence and Will Power to overcome any situation.

18th Dec 2022 - Time: 08:30-10.00AM

Restorative Yin Yoga
-Postures: stretching out postures with support of Props
-Learning to accept and ground ourselves
-Ending the year by releasing the Body's muscular tension and bringing in complete relaxation to Body and Mind.
-Breathwork to Balance and bring Harmony to the body
Guided relaxation : aided with spirit uplifting Palo Santo resin and Penta drum music
Last 20 mins of the Session are dedicated Goal Setting and learning how to overcome challenges and achieve them

Yoga Session in Beach for the Tennis Team with ! 💞
I loved teaching in this beautiful beach and nature as much as the students felt the calm, stretches and relaxation 😌
➡️Being in adrenalin mode doesn't help in long run.
➡️We need to remember to stretch our body and minds and give time for recuperation 💚
Following my teachings,,
I have been silent on IG.
Loads of studying going on this year, and to protect myself from a burnout, I have indeed taken a step back from posting..
⚜️Classes are on, and happy to share info whenever you reach out.
Also, if you are interested for Private classes(individual/group)🥰
(Will start posting stories with class details once a week from now on)
Sharing the news - I Am now a Master NLP Practitioner certified,
And in my journey to be a Life Coach, Executive Coach and Organisation Coach by April,

I have been conducting classes for last 3 years here in Geneva, and the best ones are in the park by this wonderful Lake.
Join me and other wonderful souls to practise Yoga and reach high levels on calmness, harmonizing with breath and practicing a mix of Hatha and Vinysa :)

Celebrating Indian Independence day yesterday, got me being so grateful to be born and brought up there.. 🙏💚
To instil all the faith, give me the knowledge of Yoga from childhood and what not, which I may have taken for granted in early years...😇
Coming to that I was just thinking - what is Independence? What are we doing with the much better life that we now have - post Independence- speaking out to most people here, whose countries had to fight back for their Freedom.
As a person, what does Independence mean to you now?💚
Are we respecting it enough, and being responsible humans??? :)
Are there areas where you would like to reduce the dependency on any factors - person, thing, media etc...
Realising that being Independent by being healthy mentally and physically, or working towards it, taking the necessary help for it, reaching out to ones who can guide - is the best gift we can give to anyone... as we grow, we make space for guiding others as well in whatever we are capable of!!!
In this life - initially we take, we are guided, we seek... and then as we evolve we guide , we give, we help others level up...
So let's make the choice to be truly as Independent as we can be 🌟🥰❤

Learning to love ourself - when we achieve goals and when we are in rest period as well is very important.
Thinking excessively, judging ourselves, fixing too much importance to tasks and achievement, and feeling a failure stops us from moving forward.
We all need rest to shine brighter..
To find new arenas in life and grow..
To explore and have the courage to change..
The nature gives us these lessons everyday.. Are we hearing???.
Shine bright in peace and calm as well... we dim our inner light for none. ✨️🌟

Hello You!! Yes you.. i am talking to each one of you personally.. ❤

I have been hearing these excuses for not joining into Yoga sessions even though they are interested-
1)I am not flexible
2)I am not yet in right frame of mind
3)I cannot focus, sit still for meditation
4)It may be boring
5)I tried once, and wasn't my cup of tea
6)Doesn't work on strengthening me
I am sure I can write 10 more, however let's move to the solution..
You can start Yoga - exercises, breathwork,guided meditation - visualizations at any instance in your life - with the Right Teacher For YOU! Invest in yourself- each day, every day.
WE CONNECT TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE DIFFERENTLY.
My Wonderful Yoga student for over last 1.5 years - complete beginner to Yoga(we did first session f2f and then online) - who is epitome of DEDICATION and DISCIPLINE has progressed leaps and bounds 😇💚
WHY? COS she gave herself and me a CHANCE towards WELLNESS.
When she did this(requires balance, Calmness, control of breath, abdomen strength) I was so overjoyed that we recorded it.. 😇
My msg is simple - DO NOT WAIT, for the Doctor to prescribe medication... start on your Wellness Journey now and in 2, 6, 8 , 12.... months you will change to levels you cannot recognise..

Our Life in this world begins with breath.
Let us work on stretching out every part of the body, so the circulation takes place seamlessly.
Our diseases are caused by stress and imbalance in emotions, retaining the repentance and holding on to guilt.
Stress, Anxiety, Over excitement, Sleeplessness, PCOS, Thyroid issues, Headaches... all these are interlinked.
Post the stretching postures, we will move to multiple breathing techniques to calm the body, sleep better, cool and regulate temperature and find our balance.
