I think this was my first time feeding cows-their tongues stretched out, brushed against my hand, and gently rolled the balls away. It was absolutely adorable! They are so gentle and tame. I couldn’t resist petting their heads, and I instantly fell in love. I quickly ran back to buy three more to feed the ones nearby who hadn’t gotten any, as there were quite a few cows in the shelter.
l also got to pet a month-old calf-it was unbelievably cute! Now it seems I’ll have to make it a daily routine to feed them during the rest of my time here.

The 3-day full silent program was quite intensive, but everyone who completed it came out with a glowing face! Right? ☺️

I am truly grateful that I am able to come back to this energy-filled space every year.🙏

The Hatha yoga teacher volunteers hosted a potluck party, divided into many groups to prepare various dishes. I never imagined that I would actually lead my group at the yoga center and teach them how to make Chinese dumplings. We worked for seven hours, making over 200 dumplings, which became one of the most popular dishes at the party. It was such a joyful and unforgettable experience.❤️

After about 20 hours on the road— transferring flights, waiting at airports, and riding in taxis—I finally arrived at my second home: the Isha Yoga Center.

I checked in and practiced four hours of yoga. Though physically and mentally exhausted, I now feel completely recharged.

This time, I’ve come to the center to volunteer and participate in silent program for hatha yoga teacher.
