If you would like to fit in a workout during your lunch break, you are more than welcome to come and use our equipment and space.

💰 The cost is CHF 20 for 60 minutes.

🗓 Our Open Gym runs every Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12:30–13:30

⚠️ We kindly ask for pre-reservations, as space is limited.

February doesn’t always feel bright.
The days are still short, the body a little heavier, the energy not quite where you want it to be.

And that’s okay. 🤍

Winter isn’t a season for constant highs. It’s a season for pacing yourself. For listening. For choosing small things that help you feel better each day.

The mountains help. 🏔️
Fresh air. Long ski runs. Sun on the snow. That feeling of moving freely downhill.

But recovery matters too. 🧘‍♀️

Five minutes of stretching after skiing.
A warm drink instead of one more round.
A few deeper breaths before bed.
Stepping outside in the quiet morning light.

You don’t have to feel unstoppable every day.
You just have to take care of the body that carries you down the mountain.
