A simple, comforting dish made at home for breakfast, lazy afternoons, or even dinner to use up leftover bread. You won’t find it in restaurants, but it’s a true local favorite—best enjoyed with tea.

Growing up, my mom made a big tray of this on Sundays so we could have a cooking-free day… I loved those Sundays.

Traditionally made with white bread—but you know me. I’m using whole grain sourdough spelt: good carbs, natural probiotics, protein from feta and eggs, plus fresh parsley. Add tomatoes or fruit on the side and it’s the perfect balanced plate.

Simple, nourishing, and perfect for weekend brunch. Try it—you won’t regret it.

This Ayurvedic-inspired golden milk, rooted in traditions from India, is more than just cozy — it’s a powerful wellness ritual. Made with turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon, it’s packed with antioxidants and known for its anti-inflammatory benefits.

Here’s why it’s worth adding to your routine:

😁Do you want to like cauliflower but never found a recipe that really works?🤷🏻‍♀️

This is the easiest, fastest and honestly one of the tastiest ways to fall in love with cauliflower 🤍

Why cauliflower is still underrated:
❤️ very low in calories but high in fiber → keeps you full longer
❤️ rich in vitamin C (100 g ≈ 48 mg) → supports immunity + skin
❤️ contains sulforaphane & indole-3-carbinol → studied for protective benefits
❤️ provides B vitamins + vitamin K
❤️ minerals like potassium, calcium, iron, copper & manganese

💣 simple, nourishing, and seriously delicious = real superfood energy!

⬇️ baked cauliflower in 20 minutes:

➡️ steam or cook 1 small cauliflower about 8 minutes, let cool
➡️ mix:
1 egg with 50 g parmesan,
salt + pepper
➡️ coat the florets, bake about 10 min at 200°C

Enjoy as snack, side dish, in salads, or with your favorite dip!

freshly made waffles right in front of you since 1960. They also have great gift packages.

❤️ For an excellent oriental dinner, we loved Restaurant Al Hayat – .alhayat we’ve already been twice, and it was our pick for the birthday dinner.🎂

❤️ In The Hague, is a must for excellent Vietnamese food.👌
The interior is beautiful, the service is fast and very friendly – definitely not our last time there.

❤️ In Rotterdam, check out .official in the Markthal for Korean fried chicken – so good! 🤤 If you’re not into fried chicken, their bibimbap and kimbap are amazing too!👌
