Domestic Helper / All-Rounder – Private Estate
📍 Wädenswil, Canton of Zurich | Switzerland

Happy Home is recruiting a reliable and experienced Domestic Helper / All-Rounder for a private estate with park located in Wädenswil. This is a full-time, live-out position for a hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards in a private residential environment.

The role is highly varied and includes household and exterior maintenance, support with grounds and garden care, pool maintenance, vehicle care, errands and logistics, as well as dog care. The position also involves minor repairs, coordination with external service providers, and general all-round household support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the estate.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar private household role, is physically fit, well organised, calm, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and discretion. A “no-drama” attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Requirements include fluent German, good English, a valid Swiss driving licence, and the legal right to work in Switzerland. Comfort working around dogs and outdoors in all seasons is required.

A long-term position is offered, with a competitive salary aligned with Swiss standards, five weeks of annual leave, and standard Swiss social security contributions.
