Beyond Breath: 5 Senses is a guided breathwork experience that brings attention back into the body through sight, sound, touch, smell and taste, accompanied by electronic music.
This is not a typical breathwork class. The session unfolds in five simple stages that gradually shift awareness away from thinking and into sensing.
The practice includes gentle movement, guided breathing, sound, light elements and subtle sensory transitions, all held in a calm and supportive space.
We’re happy to welcome Max Moritz to guide this experience at the studio.
If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, tired or disconnected, this can be a powerful way to slow down and reset the nervous system.
