Beyond Breath: 5 Senses is a guided breathwork experience that brings attention back into the body through sight, sound, touch, smell and taste, accompanied by electronic music.

This is not a typical breathwork class. The session unfolds in five simple stages that gradually shift awareness away from thinking and into sensing.

The practice includes gentle movement, guided breathing, sound, light elements and subtle sensory transitions, all held in a calm and supportive space.

We’re happy to welcome Max Moritz to guide this experience at the studio.

If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, tired or disconnected, this can be a powerful way to slow down and reset the nervous system.

Postnatal Yoga Course with Yvonne

After birth, your body deserves time, care, and the right kind of support.

In this small and supportive 6-week course, we take time to reconnect with the body step by step. The focus is on gently strengthening the pelvic floor and core, releasing tension in the shoulders and neck, and restoring energy through simple breathing practices and short meditations.

This course is planned as dedicated time for you.
If you need to bring your baby, you are very welcome to get in touch.

These classes are designed to support you through pregnancy with conscious breathing, gentle strengthening and relaxation — helping to ease discomfort, improve sleep and prepare both body and mind for birth.

Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards.

Wednesdays 17:30–18:30
Saturdays 9:15–10:15

Classes are recognised by many Swiss health-insurance providers (please check your individual policy).

After a short break, the classes are now running again in their usual format with Carla.

Draw Me Home: Yoga & Hand Painting
Sunday 8th March, 17:00–19:00 at Ljus Studio.

An evening of grounding yoga, root chakra meditation and intuitive painting.

No experience needed. All materials are included, and you’ll leave with your own artwork, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself.

Flow & Feel weaves a soft yoga flow and guided body scan with intuitive hand painting, allowing emotions to move, surface and be expressed, without judgement and without words.

Make this workshop a nourishing pause, offering space to feel what’s present and integrate it through breath, movement and colour. 🎨🧘‍♀️
