Zürichberg, March 8th: Sunday Replenishment - She Who Rests Well

She who rests well with yin yoga, reiki, aromatherapy & herbal infusions.

Spring Awakening Yoga with Gizza

Release winter’s dormancy and re-awaken the body as we welcome spring’s fresh energy through a one-hour yoga practice of breath and mindful movement.
Welcome the spring with a Hatha-inspired practice: gentle joint mobilization, digestive postures, and energy block releases. Sun salutations carry us into standing poses, twists, and heart openers—releasing winter’s dormancy.

Shamanic Sound Immersion

Duration: 90 minutes

This Friday evening by donation.

A guided experience combining:
1. Live music �
2. Breathwork �
3. Meditation and visualization �
4. Writing �

Music is played live and intentionally to enhance focus, induce relaxation, open the heart, and guide inner journey.
Instruments include: Didgeridoo, Frame Drum, Dan Moi, Spanish Guitar, Native American-style flute and rattles.
(No pre-recorded tracks, no loudspeakers)

* For the individual that needs a moment to reconnect and have a better vision about personal and professional aspects of life.�
* For those feeling pressure from relationships, family roles, or expectations, and needing a place to breathe, reset, and reconnect with themselves.�
