Shamanic Sound Immersion

Music for nervous system balance and inner journey
Duration: 90 minutes

A guided experience combining:
1. Live music  
2. Breathwork  
3. Meditation and visualization  
4. Writing  

Music is played live and intentionally to enhance focus, induce relaxation, open the heart, and guide inner journey.
Instruments include: Didgeridoo, Frame Drum, Dan Moi, Spanish Guitar, Native American-style flute and rattles.
(No pre-recorded tracks, no loudspeakers)

Yin Yoga is one of the simplest yin yoga practices.
There is minimal talking and lots of undisturbed space.
There isn’t much to be done and nothing to be achieved besides being here now. Arriving in your body, creating safety from within, building trust, feeling your heart, body, and mind. Releasing what is to be released by letting the body do what it is doing.

In Yin Yoga, we hold poses seated or lying down for 4-6 minutes and let the body soften and ground with support of bolsters, yoga blocks, and blankets.

Bio:
Aleksandra’s intention is to create spaces for people to arrive in their body and feel safe doing nothing for a moment. Just tuning in and feeling the feelings.
A moment to reflect, nourish, relax and replenish.
Aleksandra has been teaching yoga and holding space for over 10 years.

60 minute compact Element Flow into the Pancha Bhuta elements (earth, water, fire and ether) inside and outside your body. This practice blends mindful movement, breathwork, and a gentle hatha vinyasa, culminating in a Reiki- infused sound bath to relax, restore and integrate your practice.
