🎥 Testimonial Thursday: Professional Photographers of America
For , PPA needed wider multilingual access, dependable support and a partner who could scale with the size of their event. Angela Kurian, Deputy CEO, and Melissa Thompson, Director of Events, have shared how they approached that decision with us.

They compared several options. One competitor offered fewer hours at a higher cost. Interprefy gave them more coverage, flexible access and a team that stayed close throughout planning and delivery. As Angela and Melissa put it, they wanted a solution that felt straightforward and dependable, even under pressure.

For PPA, that meant:

- More hours of live translation and captioning
- Professional support before, during, and after the event
- A partnership approach that included cross promotion
- Confidence that their global audience could engage fully

Their experience reflects what we aim to deliver every time: multilingual communication that feels straightforward and dependable, even in high pressure moments.

This is only the first part of their story. More insights from the PPA team will follow soon 🌍

One word can change a decision.
In sport media, broadcasting and live coverage, communication is instant, public, and unforgiving.

A post-match interview is dissected in seconds.
A press conference quote becomes a headline.
A transfer comment can move markets, sponsors, and fanbases.
A medical update can trigger speculation worldwide.

A simple message can become a controversy once it crosses languages.
The pace is high, the pressure is real, and everything is live.
In sport, one misunderstood word does not stay small. It becomes the narrative.

If your organisation needs communication that keeps pace with the moment, we are ready when you are.

Public meetings in California are changing 🏛️

With new SB 707 requirements around language access, public agencies need to think differently about how meetings are delivered and experienced. It’s not just about compliance on paper. It’s about whether people can actually follow what’s being said and take part in the conversation.

Our latest blog looks at:

• What SB 707 actually requires
• Why this goes beyond standard translation workflows
• The operational and reputational risks agencies may be underestimating
• What good implementation looks like in practice

Whether you’re based in California or advising public sector organisations globally, there are useful lessons here about scaling language access properly 🌍

Enterprise teams know this feeling 👇

The slides seemed clear.
The update was shared.
Everyone nodded.

And yet, weeks later something shifted:

A phrase had landed differently across regions.
A decision is moving slightly off course.
Results aren´t as expected.

In global organisations, “technically correct” isn’t enough. Alignment depends on shared language. And shared language only works when meaning arrives precisely as intended.

When communication is sharpened at both ends, there’s no space for uncertainty in the middle.

What makes AI such a good option for multilingual meetings and events? 🤔
It comes down to two things: speed⚡and scale 📈

Meetings and live events happen in real time ⏱️, so speech translation needs to happen in real time too 🎧💬.

AI can keep up with the pace of the conversation without interrupting the flow.
And when you need to support multiple languages at once, for large audiences, AI makes accessibility possible without adding complexity for organisers or participants.

Ever watched an audience suddenly lean in because they can finally follow what’s being said? That’s the moment we love most. ✨

At the myPOS Partner Summit 2025, our job was to make sure every partner from more than 18 countries could follow the conversations that mattered to them. Not by making a big show of the tech, but by making multilingual access feel completely natural.

myPOS wove our AI‑powered live translation, captions and subtitles into the event from the very start. QR codes where people actually needed them. Earbuds in every welcome pack. A setup we tested together well before anyone walked into the room. 🎧

And once the sessions began, something subtle happened:
people joined discussions sooner, asked more questions and took part with far more confidence. 💬

For us, that’s the real measure of success. When the technology fades into the background and people simply engage.

A thoughtful event, a collaborative team and an experience where everyone could keep up. We’re proud to have supported it. 🌍

Ever been in a meeting where the English sounded clear, but the French or Japanese version felt slightly different? 👀

Not wrong. Not confusing. Just… different enough to make you wonder.

It happens more often than people admit. A phrase lands with a slightly different tone. A sentence carries more certainty in one language than another. Everyone leaves thinking they agreed, but the meaning was not quite shared.

Interprefy supports organisations that cannot afford that kind of uncertainty, making sure multilingual meetings stay consistent across every language.

If this sounds familiar, it may be worth a closer look at how your meetings are interpreted.

✨ ADA Title II has evolved, and public entities now have clearer expectations for digital accessibility.
In 2024, the US Department of Justice introduced a rule that reshapes how State and local governments must design and deliver accessible digital services. From websites and mobile apps to multimedia and real‑time communication, the requirements are more defined than ever.

Many teams are now asking:
• What exactly falls within scope
• How WCAG 2.1 AA applies in practice
• What the 2026 and 2027 deadlines mean for them
• How to plan for compliance with confidence

To help you navigate these updates, we’ve created a concise, easy‑to‑follow carousel that highlights the essentials and clarifies what public entities need to prepare for.

📘 Want the full context and deeper guidance?
Our latest blog breaks down the rule in detail and offers practical insights to support your planning.

Large international exhibitions succeed or fail on ex*****on.

Delivering multilingual access at scale is complex. Multiple conference stages, parallel sessions, international speakers and audiences, and zero tolerance for operational disruption all raise the stakes.

So what does it take to deliver language access reliably in this environment?

Paris Packaging Week answered this question together with Interprefy. With extensive experience working alongside organisers as a trusted language partner, Interprefy was responsible for:

✅ Live interpretation across concurrent conference tracks
✅ Real-time captions to meet accessibility and compliance expectations
✅ Attendee access via personal devices, removing the need for physical receivers
✅ Seamless integration into existing AV and streaming workflows

For organisers, this approach delivers clear operational advantages:

✅ One consistent solution across stages and rooms
✅ Reduced on-site logistics and supplier coordination
✅ Predictable delivery in a high-pressure, high-volume setting
✅ Language access built into the conference experience, not added as an afterthought

Paris Packaging Week demonstrates that multilingual access can be delivered reliably at scale without increasing operational risk.

For leaders responsible for large exhibitions and conferences, Interprefy offers a proven, repeatable model for supporting international audiences.
