We’re absolutely thrilled to share a landmark moment for Interprefy.
Yesterday at Event Tech Live London 2025, we were named the first-ever winners of the Best Technology for Event Accessibility & Inclusion Award — a brand-new category that reflects exactly what drives us every day.

Today, our team — Sue, Jelena and Fabian — has been speaking with organisers from more than 80 countries, all exploring new ways to make their events more inclusive.

One theme keeps coming up: multilingual accessibility is becoming a core part of event experience design, not an optional add-on.
More teams are recognising how language inclusion improves engagement, reach and overall attendee satisfaction across in-person, hybrid and virtual events.

If you're in London and looking to build multilingual accessibility into your 2026 events, come meet the team at Stand C54.

The accessibility clock is ticking — and 2025 has changed everything.

Across the multilingual events industry, what used to be a competitive advantage — offering accessible, multilingual participation — is now a compliance requirement.

With the European Accessibility Act and new regional mandates rolling out across the Middle East and Asia–Pacific, accessibility is now a legal and strategic necessity.

Our latest market research report shows just how rapidly the landscape is evolving:
🔹 86% of Middle Eastern organisers and 71% in APAC are already facing high demand for multilingual delivery.
🔹 Nearly 100% in the Middle East — and 81% in APAC — say they plan to adopt RSI, AI-generated captioning, or AI-powered speech translation.

The message is clear:
In 2025, leadership means more than hosting great events — it means designing experiences where everyone can engage, understand, and contribute.

Interprefy’s 2025 Market Research Report continues to spotlight one of the industry’s biggest shifts: multilingual accessibility is now central to event strategy.

Accessibility today isn’t limited to accommodating disabilities; in global events, it increasingly means ensuring linguistic inclusion, so every attendee can understand, contribute, and engage in real time.

🌍 With rising demand for multilingual participation across regions like APAC and the Middle East, organisers are accelerating the adoption of:
✅ RSI (Remote Simultaneous Interpretation)
✅ AI-powered speech translation
✅ Live multilingual captioning

The data backs it:
86% of Middle Eastern and 71% of APAC organisers report high demand for multilingual support, and nearly all in the Middle East (and 81% in APAC) say they’re likely to invest in AI-driven accessibility technologies.

As multilingual inclusion becomes a regulated expectation and competitive standard, the question is no longer if — but how fast organisations will adapt.

In 2025, every event tech vendor is promising “next-gen AI,” “revolutionary translation,” or “real-time everything.” But here’s the uncomfortable truth no one wants to say out loud:

👉 Most multilingual experiences are still failing for one simple reason: attendees don’t understand what’s being said clearly — culturally, emotionally, or contextually.

It’s not about how fast AI translates.
It’s about how accurately humans connect.

So at Interprefy, we stopped trying to shout “AI” louder than everyone else.
Instead, we started asking:
✅ Did people leave the event actually understanding each other?
✅ Did multilingual exec teams reach decisions faster — or get stuck on miscommunication?
✅ Did accessibility feel like a checkbox or a human experience?

Because no attendee has ever said:
“Wow, that was an incredible event — the AI model latency was only 0.7 seconds!”
But they have said:
“That was the first time I fully participated in a meeting without feeling lost.”

That’s the metric that matters. And that’s where we’re doubling down.

If 2024 was about talking AI... 💡 2025 is about using it to finally make people feel understood.

🚀 Planning 2026 multilingual events or meetings? We’ll help you make them not just translated — but truly understood.

🎤 We’re thrilled to share that our Global Head of Corporate Sales, Sue Yardley, will be joining the Micro-Conference for Interpreters: Interpreting in the Age of AI, organised by Orange Tree Translations!

Taking place on 21 October 2025, both in person in Prague and online, this year’s event brings together professionals and innovators from the language services industry to explore how technology continues to shape the way we connect and collaborate across borders.

Sue will be part of a panel discussion featuring some of the industry’s most experienced voices, sharing her perspective on how organisations can deliver more inclusive, accessible, and seamless multilingual experiences for audiences everywhere.

🌍 The event will be interpreted into English by a combination of human and AI interpreting powered by Interprefy, giving participants a chance to experience both in real time.

At Interprefy, we’re always excited to contribute to conversations that move our industry forward — and this is one we’re really looking forward to!

Behind every smooth multilingual event, there’s a team of professionals quietly ensuring everything just works.

While platforms and tools get most of the spotlight, it’s the human support behind them that keeps interpretation channels clear, speakers confident, and audiences connected — across every language and time zone.

At Interprefy, our remote support engineers are the heartbeat of this process.
They anticipate, monitor, and resolve issues in real time — often before anyone even notices them.

Because in live events, technology alone isn’t enough.
It’s people — their expertise, intuition, and calm under pressure — who turn “possible” into “seamless.”

Happy International Translation Day 2025! 🎉

Today we celebrate translators and interpreters — the people whose skill, knowledge, and empathy make global communication possible.

At Interprefy, we believe their role is irreplaceable. That’s why our platform is built to support interpreters and help them deliver their best work.

At the same time, AI fills the accessibility gap in scenarios that would otherwise have no multilingual support at all — like small everyday meetings, or large events with dozens of languages where AI helps extend access beyond what’s typically possible.

For us, AI must always be used ethically: to empower professionals and to open up communication where it wouldn’t exist otherwise.

🌍 Here’s to the people and technology that make our world more connected.

👋 This week, as the world marks the International Week of Deaf People and Deaf Awareness Month, we pause to reflect. Over the past ten years, we’ve seen first-hand how technology and collaboration can open up meetings, events and workplaces to millions of people who use sign languages.

👐 At Interprefy, we’ve spent a decade building tools and partnerships that make communication smoother, more inclusive and truly live. From live captions to remote sign-language interpretation, our focus has always been on giving people equal access to conversations – in real time, wherever they are.

But this isn’t only about technology. It’s about people – interpreters, organisers, participants – who share a belief that accessibility should be the norm, not an afterthought. Today, on the International Day of Sign Languages, we’re proud to stand alongside our partners and clients in creating experiences where everyone can participate fully.

If you’re planning multilingual or accessible events, or you’re exploring ways to make your organisation more inclusive, we’d love to share what we’ve learned.
