After the success of the in-person Agni course and many requests from students across Europe, we’re happy to announce the online edition of AGNI — The Heart of Ayurveda, with Dr. Gaurav Davee.

The course offers the same depth as the presencial format, grounded in the classical Ayurvedic texts and Dr. Gaurav’s clinical experience — now adapted for online learning.

Today is a powerful day to set your New Year’s intentions.
It is Makara Saṅkrānti — the day the Sun enters the Tropic of Capricorn.

In the Vedic tradition, this moment is described as the beginning of the day for the devas (gods).
Symbolically, one day of the gods equals six months of human time.

So today represents their awakening.

This is not meant literally.

It’s a way of saying that time now supports clarity, action, and renewal.

That is why Makara has long been considered auspicious for new beginnings — not because of wishful thinking, but because it marks a conscious transition:
letting go of what no longer serves, and choosing how to move forward.

A moment to align your intentions with time itself.
Make a clear commitment, with the support of nature’s rhythm, not against it.

Still in time to share my 2025 recap… hehe 🙂
What a beautiful year. I feel deeply grateful.

It was a year of meaningful connections and shared moments.
A year of taking care of health, slowing down,
and being present with the people I love.

It was also the year of my first Panchakarma —
a deep reset that made a real difference
in my health and in Artur’s as well.

Behind the scenes, it was a year of a lot of work and many completions. This part may not fully show up in the reel, but it was an important year in my journey as a therapist:
over 200 sessions, many treatments,
and many lives touched by Ayurveda.

It was also the year of my first course,
focused on the professional development of therapists,
created together with my teacher — a truly meaningful step.

It was a year of continuous learning,
deepening my understanding of Ayurveda.

In 2026, I want to be more present here
and share more of this deep and beautiful science with you.

Wishing you all good health, because without it, nothing in life can truly be accomplished.
And remember: Ayurveda can help 🤍

A weekend dedicated to Agni — the heart of Ayurveda 🔥🌿

Last weekend’s Agni course with Dr. Gaurav reminded me why this kind of learning is so essential for us, especially here in Switzerland. Ayurveda is incredibly rich and profound — but to truly understand it, we need to see the full picture described in the ancient texts. Their complexity is immense, and it takes an experienced teacher to decode that depth into clear, practical guidance.

Agni is at the centre of everything in Ayurveda: digestion, metabolism, vitality, clarity, strength, enthusiasm, immunity. Yet many of us, even after years of study, still feel something is missing in how Agni is usually taught. Without a solid understanding of Agni, treatments don’t hold their full potential.

This weekend opened up the depth of Agni in a way that was faithful to the classical texts: not simplified, not reduced — but explained with precision, honesty, and respect for its complexity. Many students shared how this course helped them finally understand Agni in a way they could apply — not just conceptually, but in their daily practice.

I feel grateful for this opportunity to learn in a way that honours the tradition while making it accessible. It gives me hope to see more therapists here reconnecting with the depth of Ayurveda.

Many people asked if this course could be offered online — and yes, Dr. Gaurav is open to teaching it in English in February, if we gather at least 15 students.
