Not the polite, pleasing, “be nice and don’t take up space” kind.

But the Feminine that is raw.
Untamed.
Instinctual.
Wildly honest.
The Feminine that creates
and destroys
and creates again.

The one who trusts her body.
Who knows when it’s a YES
and when it’s a sacred NO.
Who refuses to abandon herself
just to be acceptable.

For many of us, she was buried under conditioning, shame and silence.
But she’s still there.
Waiting.
Listening.

Though I’m currently on another continent and meeting the summer solstice here, my inner landscape is moving through winter solstice.

The dark has done its work, and now the light begins to return.

Standing in the cold river, candle in hand, light does not rush. It arrives slowly and honestly from within.

This is a moment to trust the quiet vision forming beneath the surface.

To listen for what is true.

To feel into what wants to be birthed next.

When was the last time you asked for support? 💭

Recently, I’ve been in this ongoing process of actually learning how to ask for support.
And letting it in.

For so long, I carried this quiet, limiting belief that I was supposed to do everything by myself.
That needing help was a weakness.
That I had to figure it all out alone.

So I held it all in.
Swallowed the words that might have reached out for support.

But I’m slowly unlearning that story. 🌱

Even now, I hesitate before asking.
My heart races.
Like I’m breaking some unspoken rule.

And still…
When I finally do ask for help, for clarity, for connection. Something softens inside me. 💛

I know now I was never meant to do all of this alone.
It’s okay to lean in.
It’s okay to ask.
From friends. Family. Strangers.
Even your spirit guides(Yes you can ask them for help too)

Receiving is a form of strength.
Trusting others, and trusting the unseen, is part of the practice.

So here’s to unlearning self-sufficiency as a badge of worth.
Here’s to asking for what you need, for what you dream of, for the help waiting to meet you halfway.

They help you remember it.

I’ve learned to ask:
What is your intention?
And even more
Can I feel it in your being?

Because when the student is truly ready,
The teacher doesn’t appear from outside
They resonate within.

Grateful beyond words for every soul who shared their love and presence. 💛

Part of living my work and values is creating and receiving these deep, nourishing experiences.
And this ceremony was a beautiful example. ✨

To be embraced by such incredible women felt like pure wonder. 🌹💫
This sisterhood is real. Pure. Medicine.

Receiving at this depth isn’t always easy…
But when I softened and allowed it, I felt profoundly seen, touched, and blessed.
So much gratitude for this loving, nonjudgmental, empowering circle of women who lift each other higher. 🤍🙏

To my beautiful sister 🤍 your vision, love, and care brought this gathering to life. I’m endlessly grateful to walk this journey with you.

To 🌸 your cacao magic, your sounds, and your beautiful presence were such a blessing.
