🌞Hypnotherapy helps with losing weight.

In fact, medical research provides its effectiveness against eating disorders and obesity. Despite their good resolutions and serious efforts, many
overweight people don’t manage to lose weight as their discipline to diet and partake in sport diminishes over time.

🥦Strict diets may even produce negative results in the long-term because of the yo-yo effect: when
people don’t stick to a diet completely, or even stop it entirely, they may even regaing all of the formerly lost weight and, sometimes, even more. And thus, the cycle of hope and disappointment
continues.

Obesity makes life more difficult.
A few pounds of excess weight can be easily ignored. But for people who are very overweight, obesity is not just a cosmetic problem, it results in serious emotional and psychological issues and such individuals become very unhappy with themselves. Serious obesity can cause many
illnesses, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, arthritis, cancer, biliary disease, reduced fertility, and serious mental problems.

Why is losing weight so difficult? 🤔

💡Powerful inner tendencies and established habits are the obstacles that hinder us from following through with good resolutions. If we often overeat, this usually is due to our psyche, not our body. We eat out of boredom, frustration, or grief. We eat because we feel stressed or lonely. We try to fill our inner emptiness with food. Adults, whose longing for love and affection was answered with food during childhood, often fail to recognize that their hunger for food actually is a hunger for love.

Rational thinking, good resolutions, the decision to adhere to a healthier lifestyle, and self- discipline often have little bearing on deeper layers of personality. In the constant battle between reason and urge for food, common sense loses time and again.

Ultimately, our motivation is
steered by powerful impulses from the subconscious mind, which is barely controllable.

🤔Losing weight with Hypnotherapy: better than dieting?

💡Hypnotherapy helps to directly and carefully change the subconscious. Hence, it doesn’t work via reasoning, or consciously setting objectives and demanding discipline. Rather, it directly addresses the deeper layers of personality, into which unhealthy habits and attitudes were programmed.

🌿In a preliminary meeting, we will first discuss your inner world-view and why in which
emotionally experiencing things - these are behaviourally-based traits. These areas will be questioned. Based on the insights, the hypnotherapy sessions then serve to embed new attitudes and behaviors into the mind. In this way, you will develop an urge for a healthy, balanced diet; more physical exercise; and for striking the right balance in eating.

🌞Henceforth you will only experience hunger in a healthy way - when your body actually needs nutrients and not in response to an emotional need, and you will no longer struggle with an inner battle between your
emotions and desire to fill that need with food. You will reach and maintain a healthy weight in a reasonable, healthy way.

Why do you need a Hypnotherapist-Transformation Coach? 😊

👉We read books about becoming more confident where we learn new tips. We feel better already as we read. However, if a similar situation occurs which reminds us of an old one, we are automatically in the old patterns and act in the same way by getting annoyed with ourselves - why didn't we act differently? We attend different courses and get educated, but we can't find our place in life. That vicious circle continues...

🍃One problem e.g. the lack of self-confidence for different people has different causes. Each problem is individual for everyone.

🌱Here comes the importance of a Life Coach: To clear mental barriers, limited beliefs and emotional blockages to avoid making the same mistakes and focus your time and energy on your goals. This will save you time, money and stress. You will live and work with ease. The problem is solved at the root. Whatever problem you have, know that you are not alone and at the same time millions of people are struggling with the same problem.

🌺Until we develop that solid self-confidence, we always have the pressure to be perfect and everything we do has to be perfect. We work hard and it is very important to us what others will think of us. It happens that we don't even start something because we don't dare to because we still think that we are not good enough and need more time to learn.
