UNMISTAKABLY SPRING
I finally can feel I manage a little more of pausing before rushing and even reacting. Or also letting myself down the rabbit hole of overthinking. It is a strong will, the discipline that shifts to dedication and devotion which make the difference. Devotion to this life’s force, the essence, the divine.
Spring time is a challenging one. Clouds rushing through the sky, bringing here wind, there a leftover of snow, then laughing it is summer again…! I can admire it, I feel I’m more able to by now. And yet it can feel exhausting. I am somewhat proud of myself I managed to stay centred, even on those days when all I wanted was to hide in my bed reading books or doing nothing. I didn’t, i followed my plans, in a calm, one step at a time, as much I could.
And now that the full moon is passed, I feel that phase is behind as well. How unmistakably everything is connected.
My invitation is to notice, recognise, remind ourselves “what lights us up?”, and how can we naturally and effortlessly direct our attention there: where attention goes, energy flows. So it can grow. As all plants are reaching up to the warmer sunlight right now, so can we.
