✨ MOVEMENT IS LIFE & LIFE IS MOVEMENT ✨

Past Sunday took part on the indoor fitness competition single Open category in Geneva

This was a matter of personal goal to get back to run after long time without and challenge to see how far I could get to improve on it

Same as I always remember to my patients:
" There is no way to see results without regular work, determination and patience"

Finished in 1h 26'
165th from 500 girls, 34th on my AG
My personal happiness to see 8k run in 42min!

The best of all was the personal support I got from friends (that even came from Spain!) and my boyfriend .r.duarte that coached my running from his amazing experience behind

Such an experience to see what we are capable of🙏✨
