In this podcast I share with you what truly nourishes my soul - from Human Design, to Spirituality, to Astrology, tools to elevate Self-awareness and wellbeing. Over the years I realized: Nourishing my soul leads me back into my power, and is an integral part of my overall wellbeing. COMMUNITY SOUND BATH
Saturday, November 15 at 19.00

Autumn is a season of transition, with falling leaves, cooler temperatures, and a shift in nature’s rhythm. As everything slows down, it invites us to reflect on the past, release what no longer serves us, and prepare for renewal.
Sound baths allow us to slow down and to hear ourselves more. Because when we are still we are ready to listen.

So I invite you to experience the soothing effects of SOUND BATH and discover a path to greater balance and harmony.

Sound baths help to:
🍁 reduce stress and chronic pain, 🍁 address anxieties,
🍁 improve sleep quality,
🍁 enhance mental acuity,
🍁 unlock creativity,
🍁 foster a sense of inner peace.

When: November 15, Saturday at 19.00
Duration: 60 minutes
Where: Soul Studio Zug

Please wear comfortable clothes and warm socks. You are welcome to bring a small cushion to put under your head and eye mask/small cushion to cover your eyes if you like.

This is a donation based event for the Soul Studio Community. Some tea and snacks will be offered after the session.

❄️✨ Winter Solstice Gathering ✨❄️

Die Wintersonnwende markiert die längste Nacht und den kürzesten Tag des Jahres. Ab diesem Moment werden die Tage allmählich wieder länger und das Licht kehrt zurück.

An diesem Abend kurz vor Weihnachten darfst du innehalten, dich mit deinem Herz verbinden, dein inneres Licht nähren und die winterliche Ruhe geniessen.

Wir starten im Kreis mit einer Meditation, trinken zeremoniellen Kakao und singen in Begleitung des Harmoniums stimmungsvolle Herzenslieder. Zum Abschluss geniessen wir ein entspannendes Sound Bath bei Kerzenschein.

Du bist herzlich eingeladen, einen kleinen Snack mitzubringen und mit uns den Abend gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen.
