Tattoos have long ceased to be something marginal. Now they are made by people of all ages from completely different cultural backgrounds. Meanwhile, doctors believe that getting a tattoo can have serious consequences if you do not follow simple precautions that can help reduce the risks. The most innocuous thing that a session in a tattoo parlor can end up with is an allergy to dyes or just temporary severe pain in the tattoo area. But, unfortunately, there are cases when tattoo artists infected their clients with tetanus, severe forms of viral hepatitis B and C, tuberculosis, HIV and other blood-borne infections.
