My journey through perfectionism part 2😂
My Formula for Beating Paralysis: It’s Not Action, It’s the System Behind the Action.
After struggling with the lie of perfectionism (read my last post for the full story!), I realized that merely wanting to take action wasn't enough. You need a system.
My breakthrough came when I understood this: It's not about what you do, but the habit of how and when you show up.
Think about brushing your teeth: we do it automatically because it was installed in us through consistent practice and habit formation.
That's the concept behind the Leaders Hour.
The Leaders Hour is your dedicated, consistent time to win your day by focusing on that single Most Important Task (MIT). It's preferred in the early mornings to maximize focus, energy, and momentum before the world interrupts.
It’s a process of installation and booting a winning mindset.
This commitment to systematic action is what's driving me to my next chapter: The launch of my Research Education venture.
I realized that the same discipline needed to overcome personal paralysis is exactly what's missing when researchers face a huge, overwhelming idea.
Research is the ultimate driver of change and productivity. I'm inviting you to join me on this journey as we apply these systems to learning and mastering the research process.
Don't just take action install the system.
Please follow my page Gooh Data Analytics Nexus Consulting (https://www.facebook.com/share/1K5nur9xn8/) to learn more about how we break down vague research ideas into actionable MITs!
Cheers to consistent systems and real progress!
Do you currently have a 'Leaders Hour' or dedicated time for your biggest goals? Tell me when your most productive hour is—Morning, Afternoon, or Evening?
The END🥰
