🥳🎉UNDERSTANDING DIABETES !!!! 🥳🎉

Diabetes is a chronic disease that occurs when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin or when the body is unable to use the insulin it produces effectively. The transfer of sugar from the blood to the cells is no longer well assured.

This results in high sugar levels in the blood. This disease is silent and dreadful because it remains symptomless for a long time. The excess sugar in the blood does not "hurt" and does not cause any warning signs for several years. It often takes more than 10 years for the disease to be finally diagnosed.

When symptoms do appear, they are characterized by excessive thirst or the need to urinate often, but also fatigue, weight loss, blurred vision and an incurable wound.

1️⃣ The so-called "type 1" diabetes is due to a lack of insulin secretion by the pancreas. It affects about 10% of diabetics and mainly affects young people.
The symptoms are generally intense thirst, abundant urine, rapid weight loss.
This diabetes results from the disappearance of beta cells in the pancreas leading to a total insulin deficiency.
- The body no longer recognizes these beta cells and destroys them.
- Glucose that cannot enter the cells returns to the blood. The level of glucose in the blood rises.

2️⃣ The so-called "type 2" diabetes is due to the improper use of insulin by the body's cells. It is much more common and represents 90% of diabetes. The number is increasing every year due to poor eating habits and an increasingly sedentary daily life.

Type 2 diabetes is the result of 2 phenomena:
- first, insulin resistance.
- exhaustion of the pancreas.

THE RESULTS

Poorly monitored diabetes can lead to:
Myocardial infarction
🔘 Blindness
Amputation
🔘Renal failure

ADVICE

• Nowadays, there is no total cure of diabetes except procedures which consist for the diabetics to regularly check their glycemia (sugar level) and to supplement their need in insulin by regular injections in order to avoid the. hyperglycemia.

• People with diabetes are also put on a diet that can help them maintain a healthy level of glucose in the blood. A diet that is neither too fat nor too sugar.

THE SOLUTION

Today there are food supplements with regenerative, stimulating and antioxidant function that contain nutrients capable of improving sugar metabolism and insulin production. For this purpose, we offer the CHOLEDUZ combined with the COMPLETE PHYTO ENERGIZER will allow you to:

➡Control blood pressure.

➡Promotes the elasticity of the arteries.

My Breast are Heavy and Pains from time to time 😰🤦🏾‍♂️

Should I worry about it ? 🤔

👨‍⚕️It’s natural to feel concerned when you notice changes in your breasts. But rest assured, breast changes are a normal part of female anatomy.

If your breasts are feeling heavier than usual, it’s probably not anything to worry about. Keep in mind that breast heaviness is rarely a sign of cancer ♋.

Here’s the lowdown on some of the more common culprits behind breast heaviness.

👩‍⚕️1. Fibrocystic breast changes
Fibrocystic breast changes are very common. Half of women experience them at some point in their lives. This noncancerous condition can cause a variety of changes in the breasts, including the accumulation of water in the breast tissue. When your breasts swell and fill with fluid, they’ll feel heavier than usual.

These changes can happen in one or both breasts. They might occur every month at a certain point in your cycle or follow no discernable pattern. In some cases, you might have constant symptoms.

Other common symptoms of fibrocystic breast changes include:

free-moving lumps
pain or tenderness that’s often worse right before your period
pain that extends into your armpit or down your arm
the appearance or disappearance of lumps or lumps that change size
green or brown ni**le discharge
As cysts appear and disappear in your breasts, they can cause a scarring and thickening of the breast tissue, called fibrosis (fibrosis). You can’t see these changes, but they can make your breasts feel lumpy or heavier than they used to.

👩‍⚕️2. Menstruation
Breast pain and swelling often follow a monthly pattern that’s clearly connected to your menstrual cycle. This is known as cyclical breast pain.

In the days leading up to your period, your estrogen and progesterone levels can fluctuate dramatically. Estrogen and progesterone increase the size and number of ducts and glands in the breast. They also cause your breasts to retain water, making them heavy and tender.

These types of cyclical breast changes usually affect both breasts. Symptoms may get progressively worse in the two weeks leading up to your period, and then disappear.

You may notice:

swelling and heaviness
a heavy, dull, and aching pain
lumpy breast tissue
pain that radiates to the armpit or outside the breast.

👩‍⚕️3. Pregnancy
Breast swelling is sometimes one of the first signs of pregnancy. Your breasts can begin to swell about one to two weeks after conception.

Swelling occurs because of the hormonal changes happening in your body. They can cause the breasts to feel heavy, achy, and tender. Your breasts might also appear larger than usual.

If you have breast swelling and heaviness accompanied by a late period, then you may want to consider taking a pregnancy test.

Other early symptoms of pregnancy include:

missing one or more periods
light spotting
nausea or vomiting
fatigue
If you’re pregnant, your breasts will continue to grow up to, and even past, your due date. In the final stretch of your pregnancy, they may become even heavier as your body prepares for breastfeeding. Learn more about breast changes during pregnancy.

👩‍⚕️4. Breastfeeding
If you’re breastfeeding, then you’re probably getting used to the feeling of full, heavy breasts and painful ni**les. Breastfeeding is challenging, but it can be particularly difficult when you experience an oversupply of milk.

The feeling of fullness and heaviness can sometimes progress into a condition called engorgement. Engorgement happens when too much milk builds up in your breast. It can be very painful.

Other symptoms of engorgement include:

breast hardness
tenderness
warmth
throbbing pain
redness
flattened ni**le
low-grade fever
Engorgement is common during the first week of breastfeeding, but it can happen at any time. It’s more likely to occur when you aren’t feeding your baby or pumping often enough.

5. Medication side effects
Certain medications can cause breast-related side effects. The most common sources are hormonal medications such as birth control pills, fertility treatments, and hormone replacement therapy.

Hormonal medications work in different ways to regulate your hormone levels. Fluctuations in your levels of either estrogen or progesterone can cause fluid retention in your breasts, making them feel heavy.

Certain antidepressants have also been connected with breast symptoms, namely pain. These include selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as sertraline (Zoloft) and citalopram (Celexa).

👩‍⚕️6. Infection
Breast infections, known as mastitis, are most common among those who are breastfeeding. Mastitis can cause inflammation, leading to swelling and feelings of heaviness in the affected breast.

It tends to happen when milk becomes stuck in the breast, allowing bacteria to grow out of control. This can happen because of a blocked milk duct or when bacteria from your skin or your baby’s mouth enter your breast through your ni**le.

Symptoms of mastitis include:

tenderness
breasts that are warm to the touch
swelling
pain or burning (can be constant or only while breastfeeding)
a lump in the breast or thickening of breast tissue
redness
sick, rundown feeling
fever

👩‍⚕️7. Inflammatory breast cancer
Heaviness usually isn’t a breast cancer symptom. The exception to this is inflammatory breast cancer. Still, it’s the least likely cause breast heaviness.

Inflammatory breast cancer is very rare, making up only about 1 to 5 percent of all breast cancers, according to the National Cancer InstituteTrusted Source. It’s an aggressive cancer that often comes on quickly. As a result, you’ll likely experience some other symptoms as well.

This type of breast cancer causes redness and swelling of the breast tissue. Sometimes the breast can increase dramatically in size and weight in a matter of weeks.

Other symptoms of inflammatory breast cancer include:

swelling and redness covering a third or more of the breast
breast skin that looks bruised, purplish, or pink
breast skin that resembles an orange peel
burning or tenderness
ni**le turning inward
swollen lymph nodes.

Should I see a doctor?

It’s perfectly normal for your breasts to feel heavy from time to time, but it never hurts to get things checked out. If you’re worried it could be something serious, speaking with a doctor will definitely help.

What is hepatitis?
Hepatitis refers to an inflammatory condition of the liver. It’s commonly caused by a viral infection, but there are other possible causes of hepatitis. These include autoimmune hepatitis and hepatitis that occurs as a secondary result of medications, drugs, toxins, and alcohol. Autoimmune hepatitis is a disease that occurs when your body makes antibodies against your liver tissue.

Your liver is located in the right upper area of your abdomen. It performs many critical functions that affect metabolism throughout your body, including:

bile production, which is essential to digestion
filtering of toxins from your body
excretion of bilirubin (a product of broken-down red blood cells), cholesterol, hormones, and drugs
breakdown of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins
activation of enzymes, which are specialized proteins essential to body functions
storage of glycogen (a form of sugar), minerals, and vitamins (A, D, E, and K)
synthesis of blood proteins, such as albumin
synthesis of clotting factors
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)Trusted Source, approximately 4.4 million Americans are currently living with chronic hepatitis B and C. Many more people don’t even know that they have hepatitis.

Treatment options vary depending on which type of hepatitis you have. You can prevent some forms of hepatitis through immunizations and lifestyle precautions.

The 5 types of viral hepatitis
Viral infections of the liver that are classified as hepatitis include hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E. A different virus is responsible for each type of virally transmitted hepatitis.

Hepatitis A is always an acute, short-term disease, while hepatitis B, C, and D are most likely to become ongoing and chronic. Hepatitis E is usually acute but can be particularly dangerous in pregnant women.

Hepatitis A
Hepatitis A is caused by an infection with the hepatitis A virus (HAV). This type of hepatitis is most commonly transmitted by consuming food or water contaminated by f***s from a person infected with hepatitis A.

Hepatitis B
Hepatitis B is transmitted through contact with infectious body fluids, such as blood, vaginal secretions, or semen, containing the hepatitis B virus (HBV). Injection drug use, having s*x with an infected partner, or sharing razors with an infected person increase your risk of getting hepatitis B.

It’s estimated by the CDCTrusted Source that 1.2 million people in the United States and 350 million people worldwide live with this chronic disease.

Hepatitis C
Hepatitis C comes from the hepatitis C virus (HCV). Hepatitis C is transmitted through direct contact with infected body fluids, typically through injection drug use and s*xual contact. HCV is among the most common bloodborne viral infections in the United States. Approximately 2.7 to 3.9 million AmericansTrusted Source are currently living with a chronic form of this infection.

Hepatitis D
Also called delta hepatitis, hepatitis D is a serious liver disease caused by the hepatitis D virus (HDV). HDV is contracted through direct contact with infected blood. Hepatitis D is a rare form of hepatitis that only occurs in conjunction with hepatitis B infection. The hepatitis D virus can’t multiply without the presence of hepatitis B. It’s very uncommon in the United States.

Hepatitis E
Hepatitis E is a waterborne disease caused by the hepatitis E virus (HEV). Hepatitis E is mainly found in areas with poor sanitation and typically results from ingesting f***l matter that contaminates the water supply. This disease is uncommon in the United States. However, cases of hepatitis E have been reported in the Middle East, Asia, Central America, and Africa, according to the CDCTrusted Source.

Causes of noninfectious hepatitis
Alcohol and other toxins
Excessive alcohol consumption can cause liver damage and inflammation. This is sometimes referred to as alcoholic hepatitis. The alcohol directly injures the cells of your liver. Over time, it can cause permanent damage and lead to liver failure and cirrhosis, a thickening and scarring of the liver.

Other toxic causes of hepatitis include overuse or overdose of medications and exposure to poisons.

Autoimmune system response
In some cases, the immune system mistakes the liver as a harmful object and begins to attack it. It causes ongoing inflammation that can range from mild to severe, often hindering liver function. It’s three times more common in women than in men.

Common symptoms of hepatitis
If you have infectious forms of hepatitis that are chronic, like hepatitis B and C, you may not have symptoms in the beginning. Symptoms may not occur until the damage affects liver function.

Signs and symptoms of acute hepatitis appear quickly. They include:

fatigue
flu-like symptoms
dark urine
pale stool
abdominal pain
loss of appetite
unexplained weight loss
yellow skin and eyes, which may be signs of jaundice
Chronic hepatitis develops slowly, so these signs and symptoms may be too subtle to notice.

How hepatitis is diagnosed
History and physical exam
To diagnose hepatitis, first your doctor will take your history to determine any risk factors you may have for infectious or noninfectious hepatitis.

During a physical examination, your doctor may press down gently on your abdomen to see if there’s pain or tenderness. Your doctor may also feel to see if your liver is enlarged. If your skin or eyes are yellow, your doctor will note this during the exam.

Liver function tests
Liver function tests use blood samples to determine how efficiently your liver works. Abnormal results of these tests may be the first indication that there is a problem, especially if you don’t show any signs on a physical exam of liver disease. High liver enzyme levels may indicate that your liver is stressed, damaged, or not functioning properly.

Other blood tests
If your liver function tests are abnormal, your doctor will likely order other blood tests to detect the source of the problem. These tests can check for the viruses that cause hepatitis. They can also be used to check for antibodies that are common in conditions like autoimmune hepatitis.

Ultrasound
An abdominal ultrasound uses ultrasound waves to create an image of the organs within your abdomen. This test allows your doctor to take a close at your liver and nearby organs. It can reveal:

fluid in your abdomen
liver damage or enlargement
liver tumors
abnormalities of your gallbladder
Sometimes the pancreas shows up on ultrasound images as well. This can be a useful test in determining the cause of your abnormal liver function.

Liver biopsy
A liver biopsy is an invasive procedure that involves your doctor taking a sample of tissue from your liver. It can be done through your skin with a needle and doesn’t require surgery. Typically, an ultrasound is used to guide your doctor when taking the biopsy sample.

This test allows your doctor to determine how infection or inflammation has affected your liver. It can also be used to sample any areas in your liver that appear abnormal.

How hepatitis is treated
Treatment options are determined by which type of hepatitis you have and whether the infection is acute or chronic.

Hepatitis A
Hepatitis A usually doesn’t require treatment because it’s a short-term illness. Bed rest may be recommended if symptoms cause a great deal of discomfort. If you experience vomiting or diarrhea, follow your doctor’s orders for hydration and nutrition.

The hepatitis A vaccine is available to prevent this infection. Most children begin vaccination between ages 12 and 18 months. It’s a series of two vaccines. Vaccination for hepatitis A is also available for adults and can be combined with the hepatitis B vaccine.

Hepatitis B
Acute hepatitis B doesn’t require specific treatment.

Chronic hepatitis B is treated with antiviral medications. This form of treatment can be costly because it must be continued for several months or years. Treatment for chronic hepatitis B also requires regular medical evaluations and monitoring to determine if the virus is responding to treatment.

Hepatitis B can be prevented with vaccination. The CDCTrusted Source recommends hepatitis B vaccinations for all newborns. The series of three vaccines is typically completed over the first six months of childhood. The vaccine is also recommended for all healthcare and medical personnel.

Hepatitis C
Antiviral medications are used to treat both acute and chronic forms of hepatitis C. People who develop chronic hepatitis C are typically treated with a combination of antiviral drug therapies. They may also need further testing to determine the best form of treatment.

People who develop cirrhosis (scarring of the liver) or liver disease as a result of chronic hepatitis C may be candidates for a liver transplant.

Currently, there is no vaccination for hepatitis C.

Hepatitis D
No antiviral medications exist for the treatment of hepatitis D at this time. According to a 2013 studyTrusted Source, a drug called alpha interferon can be used to treat hepatitis D, but it only shows improvement in about 25 to 30 percent of people.

Hepatitis D can be prevented by getting the vaccination for hepatitis B, as infection with hepatitis B is necessary for hepatitis D to develop.

Hepatitis E
Currently, no specific medical therapies are available to treat hepatitis E. Because the infection is often acute, it typically resolves on its own. People with this type of infection are often advised to get adequate rest, drink plenty of fluids, get enough nutrients, and avoid alcohol. However, pregnant women who develop this infection require close monitoring and care.

Autoimmune hepatitis
Corticosteroids, like prednisone or budesonide, are extremely important in the early treatment of autoimmune hepatitis. They’re effective in about 80 percent of people with this condition.

Azothioprine (Imuran), a drug that suppresses the immune system, is often included in treatment. It can be used with or without steroids.

Other immune suppressing drugs like mycophenolate (CellCept), tacrolimus (Prograf) and cyclosporine (Neoral) can also be used as alternatives to azathioprine for treatment.

Tips to prevent hepatitis
Hygiene
Practicing good hygiene is one key way to avoid contracting hepatitis A and E. If you’re traveling to a developing country, you should avoid:

local water
ice
raw or undercooked shellfish and oysters
raw fruit and vegetables
Hepatitis B, C, and D contracted through contaminated blood can be prevented by:

not sharing drug needles
not sharing razors
not using someone else’s toothbrush
not touching spilled blood
Hepatitis B and C can also be contracted through s*xual in*******se and intimate s*xual contact. Practicing safe s*x by using condoms and dental dams can help decrease the risk of infection.

Complications of hepatitis
Chronic hepatitis B or C can often lead to more serious health problems. Because the virus affects the liver, people with chronic hepatitis B or C are at risk for:

chronic liver disease
cirrhosis
liver cancer
When your liver stops functioning normally, liver failure can occur. Complications of liver failure include:

bleeding disorders
a buildup of fluid in your abdomen, known as ascites
increased blood pressure in portal veins that enter your liver, known as portal hypertension
kidney failure
hepatic encephalopathy, which can involve fatigue, memory loss, and diminished mental abilities due to the buildup of toxins, like ammonia, that affect brain function
hepatocellular carcinoma, which is a form of liver cancer
death
People with chronic hepatitis B and C are encouraged to avoid alcohol because it can accelerate liver disease and failure. Certain supplements and medications can also affect liver function. If you have chronic hepatitis B or C, check with your doctor before taking any new medications

HEAVY MENSTRUAL BLEEDING🤦🏽‍♀️
is defined as losing 80ml or more in each period, having periods that last longer than 7 days, or both. But it's not usually necessary to measure blood loss. Most women have a good idea of how much bleeding is normal for them during their period and can tell when this changes.

9 Reasons for Heavy Periods and What to Do About It.

Menstrual cycles have a long list of nicknames that are charmingly dark: the curse, shark week, the blob, crimson tide, and so on. But when it comes to periods getting heavier than usual, the term that should be used most is “potential problem.”

Heavy menstrual bleeding—medically known as menorrhagia—isn’t always cause for alarm, but in some cases, the situation can be a red flag (pun totally intended) for underlying issues that may need attention. Here, OB/GYNs explain the most common causes for a heavy period, along with some thoughts on when to see your doctor about it.

What are the symptoms of a heavy period?
Heavy periods fall on a spectrum. For some women, it can simply be defined as having a heavier flow than usual, causing you to soak through pads or tampons at a more rapid pace. Menorrhagia, on the other hand, is a serious diagnosis and can result in significant blood loss. Per the Mayo Clinic, some signs to watch out for include:

Soaking through one or more sanitary pads or tampons every hour for several consecutive hours
Needing to use double sanitary protection to control your menstrual flow
Needing to wake up to change sanitary protection during the night
Bleeding for longer than a week
Passing blood clots larger than a quarter
Restricting daily activities due to heavy menstrual flow
Symptoms of anemia, such as tiredness, fatigue or shortness of breath
What causes a heavy period?

1. 👨‍⚕️Thyroid issues
An overactive or underactive thyroid are two of the most common culprits for menstrual difficulties, That’s because your thyroid actually helps control your menstrual cycle.

Although thyroid disease can cause your periods to stop for several months, it can also lead to heavy and irregular periods, It’s an underactive thyroid that tends to be the heavy period producer, because your ovaries are not making enough progesterone—the hormone that helps lower your flow.

2. 👨‍⚕️Polycystic ovarian syndrome
Known as PCOS, this condition affects how the ovaries work, Although it can cause loss of periods or irregular cycles, it can also lead to heavy flow due to hormonal shifts, and can be exacerbated by weight gain.

Excess estrogen leads to a thickened uterine lining that isn’t shed by the production of progesterone. (Those with PCOS usually don’t ovulate, which kicks off progesterone production.) That can lead to heavier flow as well as more clotting.

3. 👨‍⚕️Fibroids
Almost always benign, fibroids are muscular tumors that grow in the wall of the uterus, they’re common, especially as women age. Having a family history increases your risk, and so does being African

In addition to heavy bleeding, you’re likely to experience pain along with some bloating and lower back pain, which is why the issue is often mistaken as a heavier-than-usual period. Fibroids are often detected in a regular pelvic exam, but your doc may suggest imaging like an ultrasound or MRI to get a better idea of where they’re located.

4. 👨‍⚕️Perimenopause
Hormone changes leading up to menopause creates a situation where periods become non-preditable.

Instead of the standard 28-day length of time for a cycle—which can vary between 21 to 35 days and still be considered normal.A change in estrogen as the body prepares for menopause may mean the body is still creating a thicker uterine lining but not shedding it yet. A missed period or two during this time means that lining continues to increase until gravity does its part.

“The lining starts to fall off from getting too thick and that’s when you’ll see a heavy menstrual flow, often with significant clots. “Some Women can bleed for weeks like this, which is not good, because then there’s an anemia risk.”

5. 👨‍⚕️Miscarriage or abnormal pregnancy
In the first trimester, signs of a miscarriage can mimic a menstrual period, because there will be bleeding and clotting. For some women, they may not have even known they were pregnant, as many as 30% of women will experience this at least once, and causes can include chromosomal abnormalities, autoimmune disease, infections, and structural issues with the uterus, among other factors.

6.👩‍⚕️ Rigorous exercise
If you suddenly try to go from couch potato to triathlete, it can cause a hormonal imbalance as your body attempts to adjust, Although amenorrhea can happen, which means you lose your period, your body could decide to swing in the other direction and go heavy instead.

“This causes physical stress, which influences your periods, and that can happen over weeks and months,” As you keep intensifying your training, your periods may become increasingly heavier.

7. 👨‍⚕️Obesity or rapid weight gain
Again with the estrogen: Extreme weight gain can increase body fat, particularly in the abdominal region, which is where the majority of your estrogen is produced. that as estrogen increases, that can lead to thicker uterine lining and generally heavier periods. Women who have obesity also tend to experience periods that are longer than seven days and come with blood clots.

“Significant weight loss can reverse this effect,”
“That causes a decrease in body fat and estrogen production, making your periods lighter.”

8.👨‍⚕️ Bleeding disorders
Certain coagulopathies, known as bleeding disorders, like von Willebrand’s disease, platelet function defects, thrombocytopenia, and clotting factor deficiencies can also lead to a heavy flow. Among women with heavy menstrual bleeding, coagulopathies may be the cause in up to 24% of them—especially young women.

9.👨‍⚕️ In rare cases, Cancer ♋
Certainly, this is not the potential cause that should be your first thought during a heavy period, but it's a small possibility. Heavy bleeding is one of the biggest early signs of uterine, cervical, and endometrial cancer, especially if a woman has already been through menopause and no longer has periods.

But even for those who regularly have menstrual cycles on the heavier side, getting annual screenings is important to make sure cancers like these are caught early if they do develop.

TREATMENT 👩‍⚕️✋
Women with very heavy periods (menorrhagia) have various pharmaceutical and surgical treatment options. Knowing about the advantages and disadvantages of each can help make it easier to choose an appropriate therapy. The possible treatment options and the timing of treatment will depend on whether a woman wants to have a (further) child or not.

We have many women facing this challenge and we helped them solve this issues with our natural products that will regulate your system and bring everything back to other 👨‍⚕️💆‍♂️
