Take a moment to breathe in. Slowly. Deeply AND FULLY .

Life can get heavy, confusing, and overwhelming, and sometimes the strongest thing you can do is pause and breathe.

You do not have to have everything figured out today.

You do not have to be strong every moment.

You do not have to pretend.

It is okay not to be okay.
It is okay to feel tired.
It is okay to feel lost.
It is okay to ask for help.

Breathing reminds us that we are still here, still trying, still worthy of care and compassion. One breath at a time is enough progress for today.
