Announcement 🧨🧨
Chinese New Year is coming soon, its our biggest celebration. Most of the factories/suppliers will be having a month holidays. THE NIGHT MARE FOR DROPSHIPPERS 😱. Here's some Q/A.

Q: So when does CNY starts?
A:11/2- 26/2/2021

Q: Why do factories starts to have holidays for a month starting from January?
A: During the pandemic, most of us has been locked down and separated. So government has made announcement allowing us to have holidays earlier.

Q: How can I fullfill my orders?
A: We can still fullfill your orders if you have kept some inventories in our warehouse. As long Belle, me, is having a laptop and Internet access 😁

Q: How is that possible?
A: As long the shipping company is working to ship your order out from China and we have someone on duty at our own warehouse (not sharing like other agents) to package and fullfill your orders. We are able to dispatch your item.

Q: So, does shipping company like Yun express have holidays?
A: Yes, they only rest from 11/2(Thursday) -15/2 (Monday) only.

In another words, we can start to fullfill your orders from 15/2 onwards even during Chinese New Year....as long you have kept some inventories at our warehouse. We only rest from 11/2- 14/2

I'm using this column to wish all of you, Happy Chinese New year, or happy new year again, may 2021 be a better year, where everyone can be able to advance greater in every aspects of life. 😉

This is the updated shipping time we have monitored for Yun express after Christmas , Black Friday , so called peak season. The shipping time is still being affected due to the pandemic, but its not as serious delay as compared to the Peak Season + Pandemic.

Please note that, the shipping time is excluding the processing time (the time where factory send out the goods to our warehouse). Just being honest. =)

For Australia, we prefer UBI, where the shipping time is around 7 days.

Will update latest information from time to time , especially during Chinese New Year which falls on 12 February .

Due to back Friday, Cyber Monday, and the increasing number of corona cases in many countries. Many shipping expresses have increased their price. The shipping time will be slighly delayed too.

I wish the new vaccine can soon be widely used, and put a stop to this pandemic.

Till then, please communicate with your customers, about the real situation, and hopefully I will bring good news to you guys next time. Pray hard, and hustle hard. We will get through this and rise stronger 💪

Many countries have been locked down again due to second- third waves of Covid Pandemic.😭

So the shipping time and fee will be increasing soon, and some like Yun express has revised their price higher last few weeks ago.😞
Becareful when you are scaling your products, scale it slowly and try to explore other interests targeting, and marketing creatives which Include using Ig influencer.

US election has made fb CPM soar high, and also the supply demand of many factories in China are at peak due to coming November 11( sort of our own Black Friday).

I will update here once the shipping price is lowered again. Till then, stay safe, and I believe the pandemic will be over soon. Have faith ❤️, and thank you to the front liners who have fought hard for us.

China National Day will be celebrated on 1st of October. There will be long holidays for us, factory, warehouse, and shipping expresses.

Most of us will be having holidays from 1st of October to 5th October. Shipping company will start to collect the parcels on 5th October, but they will resume their operation fully starting from 9th October.

As for us, we can still process the orders (work from home), but we can't dispatch the parcels during the holidays, which means the tracking numbers will not be updated.

So, please take note and plan your inventories with us or your suppliers. Most of us will be back to work on 5th October. Expect slight delay in the processing time.

Till then, Belle is going to celebrate it and take lots of pictures and have my bubble tea... 🤣

This happened in one of the airport in China, which might cause delay in some shipment.

CNE has released statements that they will regulate sensitive items more strictly in future. Sensitive items like liquid, powder form will mostly likely get rejected without refund.

For now, theres only few shipping lines that accept liquid item, so be extra careful when other supplier giving promises that they can ship your liquid item cheaper and faster. Most likely your item will get rejected and returned in half way. 🤦‍♀️

CNE has released official statement today (written in Chinese).

The packages to LA will delay because of the curfew enforced from 6pm to 6am.
The local dispatch partner (UPS or Fedex) will need extra 48-72 hours to scan the parcels and dispatch them locally.
Luckily, it's not all US area that will be affected, only parcels processed at LA.

As for India, India has put on hold to items shipped from China. So, there will be extreme delay if you are shipping to India.

Here's the recent updates on what's happening.

We will be celebrating Dragon Boat Festival starting tomorrow (Thursday) . But we will back to work on Friday. Most of the factories, suppliers, shipping companies will be having holidays until next Monday. So enquiries, quotations are still available. For order fullfillment, we will have to wait untill Monday.

YUN express has decreased their price to US , but not a lot for special line/cargo (electricity, battery, liquid item).
The shipping to Canada is still the highest now. No changes yet.

Shipping time!! Based on my observation, Yun express has started to get better, which is around 15 days to US. but there's still some provinces that takes longer time like to LA. (30 plus days).

CNE is a better option too if you don't want to put all eggs into same basket, the parcels get delivered around ten plus days. But still not very stable, some parcels need around 20 plus days.

But I'm very sure that the shipping time to US will get better and better.

And Now..... Enough of the business part, let me share some history on why do we celebrate dragon boat festival in case you are lazy to Google it. 😜

ONCE Upon a time.......

The Dragon Boat Festival or Duan Wu Festival is associated with the myth of Qu Yun, a poet and high-ranking official of the Warring States Period who was exiled from his state by a corrupt king. When he heard that his court had been destroyed by enemies, he drowned himself out of sorrow.

It is said that villagers went out in the river with boats and drums to try to rescue his body and threw sticky rice dumplings (zongzi) into the water to prevent fish from eating his co**se, but they were unable to find him. The date of Qu Yuan’s su***de was the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, the same day that the Duan Wu Festival is celebrated. In addition, zongzi are traditionally eaten on this day.

The current (3/6/2020) shipping time to Australia is around 4 days and shipping to UK is 6 days.

I will monitor the shipping time from time to time and post it here. Be sure to follow my page.

A lot of my customers are saying that shipping to Canada is delayed. Here's the shipping time using Yun express (21 days) and Yan Wen express (22 plus days).

I personally recommend Yan Wen express to Canada, because there are lot more cheaper. LOT MORE!

Please note that, the screenshot is showing shipping time only. We still need 2-3 days processing time for the items to reach our warehouse from factory. If the factory is near to our warehouse, it will be probably need 1-2 days.

Being transparent and letting my customer know what to expect is my top priority, so they could arrange, and have better customer service for their customers.

Have hope and pray hard for current situation happening in US.

Due to what's happening in US, coupled with pandemic, the parcels are all congested at US customs. Expect longer delivery time. We received news that some parcels are being looted. I'm sorry that no ones can have control over this.

As for Canada, due to politics and strict policy, more and more parcels are restricted at China customs. If you ask me whats my solution to this, I'm very sorry and honest to say there's none at this moment.

But..... Its time to focus more on EU market, where the shipping time is faster and the shipping price is better.

Today we are moving some goods to our second warehouse. And one of our customer has requested us to write his name and date and shoot a video to prove that we are having warehouse in China.
And I understand to have long term business relationship, we need to have mutual trust, so here we are, shooting video for our customer despite its still our public holidays 😭. And tons of goods to be shipped. 😵😵

This is the picture I took in sorting facility. Working hard to get them dispatched, everyone is fighting for the spot to get them shipped.

Lesser and lesser shipping option available, more and more cities being locked down has made shipping fee increases crazily.

Worst scenario, would be shipping delays, further price increases🤦‍♀️.
At least what I could do now is to ensure they're being delivered.
