Another strong ๐๐๐พ case with Dr Hisham Nabulsi.
A patient was referred with a buccal sinus tract around tooth 46 that had persisted for about 1.5 years, with short root filling, a prefabricated distal post, and a PFM crownโdiagnosed as postโtreatment disease with a chronic furcal abscess. During retreatment, a lateral canal from the distal canal to the furcation was found, explaining the nonโhealing sinus.
