ChiroCare 恺乐康 opened in December 2022 in the heart of Shanghai, next to the iconic Jing’an Temple. In a short time, we have become one of the most recognized and trusted chiropractic clinics in the city, with a continuously growing patient base of both locals and expats.
In 2024, we gained national recognition when our chiropractor performed treatment for celebrities Lu Yuxiao and Cici on the popular Mango TV variety show My Daughter 2024.
With plans to expand into other major Chinese cities, we offer exciting long-term opportunities for chiropractors who want to grow with us.

Position Details:
• Job Title: Chiropractor
• Type: Full-time
• Start Date: Negotiable
• Compensation: 40% of monthly billings, or RMB 25,000/month guaranteed (pre-tax), whichever is higher
• Benefits:
- Paid holiday
- Visa sponsorship & assistance
- Relocation support and help with housing
- One-way flight to Shanghai covered
• Schedule: 5 days per week, including at least 1 weekend day
• Treatment times: New patients = ~1 hour, recurring = 25-30 minutes
• Clinic style: Diversified technique clinic (adjustments + soft tissue + rehab)
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine chiropractic treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Perform chiropractic adjustments, manipulations, and other therapeutic techniques to alleviate pain, restore function, and promote overall wellness.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, exercises, and ergonomic principles to support long-term health and prevent future injuries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
• Doctor of Chiropractic (or equivalent master’s-level degree) from an accredited institution
• Licensed chiropractor (Doctor of Chiropractic or equivalent)
• Great team player
• Excellent communication skills (English required, Mandarin optional)
