In mid-November, medical directors of Jiahui International Hospital’s Fertility and Reproductive Medicine Center were invited to present to industry peers their latest research and advances in clinical practice at the 18th National Conference on Reproductive Medicine of the Chinese Medical Association in Nanjing.

Dr. Sun Xiaoxi, Executive Director of the Fertility and Reproductive Medicine Center and Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Expert Committee on Human Assisted Reproductive Technology, gave a keynote at the Reproductive Genetics session on “Application of Carrier Screening in Reproductive Genetics,” explaining how carrier screening helps spot genetic risks in IVF and genetic counseling, drawing from both domestic and international cases, and called for wider screening and team-based care.

The presentation drew widespread attention and discussion among the attendees, highlighting Dr. Sun’s extensive professional experience and progressive vision in reproductive medicine.

In addition, Dr. Sun Yijuan, Director of Jiahui’s Fertility Lab was also invited and served as the moderator for the Reproductive Embryology Session. Alongside, key members of the center’s nursing team Lisa Deng ang Mia Guan also attended the conference to learn about the latest developments in the field. Using the latest research and evidence-based clinical practices, our team will continue to support more families on their journey to parenthood in the years to come.

Breaking ground in cross‑border cancer care through our new partnership 🏥 We’ve officially partnered with the renowned Cancer Institute Hospital of Japan Foundation for Cancer Research (JFCR) to launch a strategic collaboration in oncology care.

What does this mean for our patients?
