BURN-IN TEST
what is "burn-in test"?
It means that: We provide the control PCB boards some abominable envoroments connected with heating and electricity, making their inner potential problems exposed quickly, and then we test its electrical parameters and choose the bad control boards out!

All PAD control PCB board will be tested for 72 hours and choose the good-quality one out. Every Control PCB board will be tested with 4 steps:
1 check its current, it shall be under 220V, and the current shall be 0.02A in the machine, and the light should be flash once every second.
2 Bult-in test.
3 before assembled, test it on the machine to check whether it works with the capacity 154KG/leaf or not.
4 after assembled, re-check it again with the capacity 154KG/leaf again.
All these 4 steps are just for the check on production. After all is prepared, our quality control staff shall check all the goods again.
