SUPERGROW™ Cell Culture Supplemental Mix-Natural Nutrient for Cell Culture Expansion

SUPERGROW™ Cell Culture Supplemental Mix is a serum substitute that can sustain the growth of immunocytes in vitro. It is a natural nutrient for cell expansion which contains multifarious growth factors, cytokines, proteins and no heterogeneous animal component or serum. Quality and performance of the product are stable from batch-to-batch. Used with appropriate serum-free medium, SUPERGROW™ Cell Culture Supplemental Mix can support the culture of DC, CIK, NK, CTL and other cells. The medium should be added and mixed according to preferred ratio when used.

Intended Use

Excellent product sharing of Dakewe (BioSci™) for your researches. In the following, we want to introduce the Human IFN-γ ELISA kit for all of our customers.

The Human IFN-γ ELISA kit is used for the in vitro quantitative detection of Human IFN-γ in human serum, plasma, buffer or cell culture supernates. It can detect both natural and recombinant Human IFN-γ. This kit is a pre-coated plate, which is completed by “sandwich one step”. The incubation time of the whole process does not exceed 3 hours, and the total washing time is 6 times which greatly reduces the experimental time.
