家庭教育赋能开篇！今天超荣幸见证一场干货满满的学习盛宴 —— 正面管教高级导师郑淑丽老师受邀走进深圳市宝安区工会产业工人技能促进中心，为 45 位区各企业工会成员带来「家庭教育指导师专业研修班」第一次课程！
课堂上满是沉浸式学习的温暖氛围：从共同制定学习「约定」建立默契，到通过「桃花朵朵开」小游戏唤醒童年归属感与价值感的珍贵记忆；从「正面教育导航图（GPS）」清晰拆解教育方向，到深入探讨「人生三大任务」的底层逻辑，每一个环节都让人深受启发。
最触动的是对教育尺度的深度剖析 —— 老师详细讲解了「过度和善对孩子的影响」与「过度坚定对孩子的影响」，教会大家把握教育的平衡艺术；还重点分享了「正面语言」的沟通技巧，以及「鼓励与表扬」的本质区别，实用又深刻，满屏都是值得收藏的教育智慧！
首课圆满落幕，期待接下来更多精彩内容，一起解锁科学家庭教育新方式，为孩子成长保驾护航～ Empowering Family Education Begins! Today, we were incredibly honored to witness a learning feast packed with practical insights—Senior Positive Discipline Mentor Zheng Shuli was invited to the Shenzhen Bao'an District Trade Union Industrial Worker Skills Promotion Center to deliver the first session of the “Professional Training Course for Family Education Guidance Specialists” to 45 trade union members from various enterprises across the district!
The classroom radiated a warm atmosphere of immersive learning: from establishing shared learning “agreements” to build rapport, to awakening cherished childhood memories of belonging and self-worth through the “Peach Blossoms in Full Bloom” game; from clearly mapping educational direction with the “Positive Education Navigation Chart (GPS)” to deeply exploring the underlying logic of “Life's Three Major Tasks” — every segment proved profoundly enlightening.
Most impactful was the in-depth analysis of educational boundaries. — The instructor thoroughly explained “the impact of excessive kindness on children” and “the impact of excessive strictness on children,” teaching us the art of educational balance. They also emphasized communication techniques using “positive language” and the fundamental difference between “encouragement and praise”—practical yet profound insights, filling the screen with educational wisdom worth preserving!
The first session concluded successfully. We look forward to more exciting content ahead, unlocking new scientific approaches to family education together to safeguard our children's growth.
