1. The equipment utilizes a 250W MOPA laser generator paired with an F160 lens.
2. After drilling, the holes exhibit a regular circular shape with diameters ranging from 0.9mm to 1.1mm, and the hole edges are smooth and clean.
3. Laser generator can choose ultraviolet lasers or infrared nanosecond lasers. Compared to ultraviolet lasers, the infrared nanosecond laser has better efficiency, achieving a drilling speed of up to 50 holes per second.

Han's Laser Surface Remelting and Polishing Process for Titanium

The surface of titanium watch straps produced by 3D laser printing tends to be relatively rough.

1. While flat areas can be polished mechanically, the curved surfaces at the joints can be treated with laser remelting and polishing.
2. After remelting and polishing, the surface roughness of titanium can be reduced from approximately Ra4 µm to below Ra1 µm, as confirmed by actual measurements.
3. It is recommended to use Han's Laser's self-developed 250W laser generator paired with a 160mm lens for this process.
4. This method can serve as a post-processing step with Han's 3D printing equipment.
