How do we Support our customers build condom brands?

Our company is a professional Male condom manufacturer and also a WHO prequalified supplier.

It took us 14 years to assistant our client in Kazakhstan from a condom beginner to a major condom brand player at the market.

When we first contact with the client, as all the new clients, they started with low volume but with lots of SKU.
Basically it is hard for us to proceed with orders qty lower than our MOQ which may cause lot of stock for package material.
But we are impressed by our clients who have clear marketing directions and strong passion . We decided to work and growing up with them together.
In terms of market demand, customers also discuss and consult with us about packaging design, technical requirements etc.
We always give professional advice to our customers.

Since 2006, this customer had grown from the earliest hundred thousand pcs a yearly order to current monthly order and yearly qty reach to 10 million pcs.
In the past 10 years, we have achieved the highest standards in raw material supply, production, testing and packaging, and there is ZERO claims.
And we also keep some stocks for clients to smooth their stock and demand issue.

Our aim is always growing up together with our Clients !

Polyurethane, an Alternative of Latex Condom

Polyurethane condoms are a type of male condom that is made from polyurethane — which is a type of thin, clear plastic. This birth control method has CE-approval as an effective way to prevent pregnancy as well as protecting you from s*xually transmitted diseases. Polyurethane condoms are usually thinner, stronger and not as tight as latex condoms. Because of this, they can help to increase sensitivity during s*x. Many men say that they like the feel and appearance of polyurethane condoms more than a latex condom.
Positive Points
• Polyurethane condoms transmit heat better than other condoms. This warming sensation can help to increase pleasure.
• They protect you from BOTH pregnancy and many STDs.
• Polyurethane condoms are a good condom alternative if you or your partner are allergic to latex.
• Unlike other condoms, polyurethane ones are available in male and female versions.

# Mdior PU condoms # are CE approved, pass all the clinic study, which is safe and FUN for S*x!

Where should I stand in relation to the X-ray tube during a fluoroscopic procedure?

The scattered radiation from the patient comprises the main source of radiation dose to staff. Measurements have shown that scattered radiation from a patient’s body is more intense at the entrance side of X-ray beam, i.e. on the side where the X-ray tube is located. Therefore it is better to stand on the side of the detector, that is the exit side, and not on the X-ray tube side during a fluoroscopic procedure. Typically only around 1% to 5 % of the radiation falling on the patient body comes out on the exit side. So if you stand on the side of transmitted beam you encounter scattered radiation corresponding to only 1% to 5% of the incident beam intensity, whereas you encounter scattered radiation corresponding to 100% of the entrance beam intensity on other side.

Every "leader" is an angel of the wing. If the doctor who is involved in the operating room is like a candle, then they are slowly exhausting their lives while illuminating the patient's life. In the eyes of many people, doctors are a high-paying, glamorous profession. However, few people have noticed that behind everyone's envy is the poor health caused by overloaded work. Among the medical staff known as "White Angels", there is such a slightly special group - "Leading People", which are not only distributed in the interventional department, but also in other clinical departments: Cardiology, Vascular Surgery, Neurosurgery, gastroenterology, orthopedics, etc., because of the special nature of their work, they wear a lead coat weighing several tens of kilograms a day to work in the X-ray catheter room where the angiography machine emits X-rays. The patient is relieved of the disease, but he is exposed to radiation, so he is also called "lead-shirt man." If the doctors involved in the operating room are like candles, then they are slowly exhausting their lives while illuminating the patient's life.

See How deeply your hands are exposed with X-ray during intervention surgery.
Fig (A) In the frontal view the operator’s entire left hand is in the field; B)in the lateral view, both of the operator’s hands and wrists are in the field during a during a percutaneous gastrostomy.

Doses to the hands depend on the type of procedure and on operator work habits. Hand doses are higher when the hands must be near the radiation field, such as for biliary procedures, nephrostomy. Hand doses are also higher for more complex procedures, such as embolization. For biliary and nephrostomy procedures, an average hand dose of 1.5 mGy and a maximum of 5.5 mGy.

Using “SURGITEX” Specialized Radiation Protection latex surgical gloves can reduce scattered radiation to the hands by as much as 50-70% at 70 kVp. We CARE what you WEAR.

Should surgeons use lead gloves in interventional surgery?
Generally NOT.
1. Lead gloves may reduce the dose to the hands by 15%-30% as long as the hands remain outside the primary X-ray beam.
2. If gloves are worn and the hand is in primary beam, the automatic exposure control system will trigger an increase in exposure (kV) which increases the dose to the hands, as well as patient and staff dose.
3. A false sense of security might increase the time the hands remain inside the primary beam, nullifying the potential of the gloves to protect against radiation.

SURGITEX radiation protection latex surgical gloves made of Natural latex and Mental Oxide, 0% lead and 100% SAFE, are trusted to provide the highest protection for medical staff during the medical procedures in which x-rays are being used.

HAND PROTECTION FROM RADIATION EXPOSURE

Fluoroscopically guided interventional procedures differ from other forms of radiation since medical personnel cannot move behind a shield and must stay in the room when x-ray exposure occurs. Because of the manipulation needed in these types of procedures, physicians’ hands must be in close proximity to the scanning plane. Despite the use of devices such as needle holders (which are designed to reduce exposure to hands), many of these procedures are very complicated and force the physician to place his or her hands directly in the radiation beam for a limited amount of time.

Even when direct exposure can be avoided, the level of exposure due to scatter can be very high during interventional procedures. Stay as far away from the X-ray beam as possible. Never place your hands in the X-ray beam. Radiation exposure to hands is often the most significant factor in terms of overall radiation risk for physicians who perform the growing number of interventional procedures. Most surprising, hands are the part of the body for which interventional radiologists are least likely to wear protective garments.
If the physician’s hand is exposed to the direct beam, the mean dose reaches 120 mSv per procedure. Thus, on the basis of the annual dose limit of 500 mSv for the hands as set by ICRP, a physician could only perform four (4) CT fluoroscopy- guided procedures per year to remain within occupational exposure limits.

Wearing “SURGITEX” Protection latex surgical gloves # can reduce scattered radiation to the hands by as much as 50-70%.Innovative materials make them 20-30% lighter than conventional, and also give the best dexterity during the intervention surgery .
