#4 is true!

1. 🍪 i love sweets and can easily go overboard, to avoid binging I keep sweets out of my house and create boundaries around the consumption of them.

2. 🍸 As years go by I drink less and less. But if I do drink I like having shots, it’s a cultural thing (aguardientico pa’ este frio) and I prefer not to have a cocktail packed with sugar. I make sure to have tons of water and avoid mixing alcoholic drinks.

3. If I travel, the last thing on my mind is to fit in workouts. I travel to experience new things, see the world and take advantage of every second I’m somewhere else. Not to hit PRs or grow my ass 😂

4. The longer I go without stepping on the scale the more my mind spirals on how much weight I’ve probably gained. It usually happens that I have not gained any weight at all 😂

Here’s the truth nobody wants to talk about:
❌Healthcare costs, when you’re sick, aren’t optional. ❌Medical bills don’t care about your budget.

✅That gym membership? $50/month.
✅Meal prep? Maybe $100 more on groceries.
