In our Awaken the divine retreat we offer
Daily yoga and mediation for Each Chakra To Connect With The Different Elements & How To Take/Use Nature As Part Of Our Healing Process. This is the second day of the retreat where we work on our sacral chakra. We wear the color orange , the color of the sacral chakra , to help balance our sacral chakra .Our vegetarian meals are also created to support our sacral chakra . We do activities like ocean therapy to connect with the elements of this chakra , water , emotions , play and pleasure . I invite you to come and awaken The divine within and a take a journey through the chakras .
