This course introduces gentle, yet profound techniques that support the nervous system and invite deep regulation and healing.

Reiki Level 1 focuses on self-healing and learning how to offer Reiki to yourself and others. You’ll learn how to work with universal life force energy in a grounded, accessible way.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Thai Massage Level 1

• November 16–20
30-hour internationally certified training where you’ll learn a complete 90-minute Thai massage sequence using breath, movement, and intuitive touch.

🤍 Thai Massage Level 2

• August 17–21
• November 23–28
Another 30-hour certified course that deepens your technique, flow, and confidence as a Thai Massage practitioner.

All Reiki and Thai Massage trainings are taught by Julie Hickey.
