Hotel Receptionist + Boutique & Tour Sales

We are a small, eco-chic hotel and retreat center offering eco-sustainable accommodations, yoga classes, and a curated women’s clothing, jewelry, and yoga accessories boutique.

We’re seeking someone who genuinely loves hospitality, thrives in a guest-facing role, and feels aligned with a wellness-centered environment.

🌿 What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and check in hotel/retreat/yoga guests
• Communicate with current, future, and past guests
• Coordinate arrivals, transportation, and guest needs
• Book tours and experiences
• Process payments and manage reservations
• Sell women’s clothing, jewelry & boutique items
• Offer exceptional customer service in English and Spanish

🌿 You Are:

• Advanced/fluent in English (required)
• Legally able to work in Costa Rica (required)
• Strongly computer literate
• Experienced in customer service and/or retail sales
• Professional, warm, and outgoing
• Confident with sales and commissions
• Local to the Dominical area with reliable transportation
• Looking for a long-term position (not seasonal)

🌿 Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly wage + commission on boutique sales

We seek a confident, service-oriented person with customer service, sales experience, advanced in English language to fill the Hotel Receptionist/Boutique Sales part-time position.

Must be local with reliable transport, legal to work in Costa Rica and looking for a job for an extended time.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hotel Receptionist and Boutique Salesperson
Receptionists communicate with current, future, and past guests to answer questions, coordinate arrival and transportation arrangements, book tours, receive payments, etc.
Sell women's clothing and jewelry.

We're looking for a professional, outgoing person to welcome our guests into our sanctuary. Must be advanced in English, strongly computer literate, and possess retail skills.

In exchange, the Boutique-Receptionist receives a combination of an hourly wage plus a commission on products sold in the store, as well as commissions for tours booked.

Additionally, perks include free access to our public yoga classes and a discount on products they purchase from our boutique.
