We seek an inspired and service-oriented person who is legal to work to fill the Hotel Receptionist/Boutique Sales part-time position.

We are calling in someone who lives here permanently, is legal to work in Costa Rica and is looking for a job that is more of a lifestyle wants to join our familia for an extended time.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hotel Receptionist and Boutique Salesperson
Receptionists communicate with current, future, and past guests to answer questions, coordinate arrival and transportation arrangements, book tours, receive payments, etc.

Boutique-Receptionist responsibilities include:
Running the day-to-day business of the boutique/reception and yoga studio.
Administration, Sales and Customer Service Interface
Managing the appointments for massage and healing arts therapies.
Booking excursions and adventure tours.
Booking transportation.
Managing rental calendars.

We're looking for a professional, outgoing, people person to welcome our guests into our sanctuary. Must be bi-lingual in english and spanish, and computer literate to at least an average level, learn the MindBody and Basecamp database systems, and possess retail skills.

In exchange, the Boutique-Receptionist receives a combination of an hourly wage plus a 15% commission on products sold in the store, as well as commissions for tours booked.

Additionally, a bonus the Boutique-Receptionist receives is free access to our public yoga classes and potentially free or discounted access to workshops or retreats.

The Boutique-Receptionist receives a 25% discount on products they purchase from the boutique.
