Day 16 & 17 of my 30-Day Watermelon Fast 🍉
I’ve eaten watermelon every day for over two weeks—and I’ve learned how to pick the perfect one every single time. 👇🏾
✅ Seeded (never seedless!)
✅ Yellow field spot = ripened on the vine
✅ Webbing/scratches = sugar seeping out
✅ Heavy = juicy
✅ Round shape = sweeter taste
Bonus tip: Knock for a deep hollow sound—that’s how you know it’s ripe!
