Our Sanctuary schedule is intentionally designed to support full-body healing and integration. Each part of the day works together: slow mornings, embodied practices, nourishing meals, time in nature, inner work, and evening grounding rituals.
We create this structure so you can experience what it feels like to live inside your practice, not just visit it. The rhythms you learn here can easily be brought into your daily life, helping you maintain peace, presence, and direction long after you leave.
