Manzanillo retreat and Koghan yoga center will be offering 200 hour teachers training certification under Yoga alliance. The dates are January 5 through the 25th, February 2 through the 22nd, March 2 through the 22nd, and April 6 through the 26th. Rates are $2500 for a shared double room and $3200 for a single room with meals included. You can make your reservations soon on our website koghanyogacenter.com

Deep Creek Yoga is now officially Manzanillo Retreat and Kogan Yoga Center. It is now located in Manzanillo , Costa Rica. on 2.2 acres bordering the jungle and less than a mile from the beach. We are moving fast to have a nice yoga Shala, dining area, lodging, pool, and wellness center. Thank you for your patience.

I never had so much fun working this hard before.
The last training I had was therapeutic yoga with Soma Yoga institute. I was thoroughly impressed. I can not wait to bring this to Deep Creek this Spring, I will be taking their advanced level this Summer and Fall.
