✨ Ear ringing? Try this calming acupressure point: TW17 (SJ17) — Yìfēng “Wind Screen” 👂🌿

📍Location (TW17 / SJ17):
Right behind the earlobe, in the soft depression between the jaw bone (mandible) and the mastoid bone (the bony bump behind your ear). You’ll feel a little hollow when you press gently.

✅ Traditional benefits (TCM):
TW17 is classically used to benefit the ears and support issues like:

Tinnitus / ear ringing

Deafness / reduced hearing

Earache, ear swelling/redness, ear discharge/itching

Jaw tension / TMJ discomfort, trismus (tight jaw), cheek/tooth pain

Often used in TCM for wind-heat patterns around the ear/face area (“wind screen”).

👉 How to massage (today’s reel):

1. Place your fingertip on TW17 (behind the earlobe).

2. Press with comfortable pressure and massage in small circles.

3. 1–3 minutes per side when you’re experiencing ringing.

4. Repeat throughout the day as needed.

⬇️Comment "VID" for my free class on vagus nerve activation that can help reduce high blood pressure by regulating the nervous system 🙏🏽

🔥 High blood pressure + feeling “hot” in your body? Try LI11 (Qūchí).

In today’s reel I’m showing how to massage Large Intestine 11 (LI11 / Qūchí) — one of the classic “clear Heat” points in Chinese medicine. Traditionally, LI11 is used to clear Heat / Fire, which is why it’s commonly used for patterns that can show up as flushing, inflammation, irritability, and even hypertension-type symptoms.

📍 Where is LI11?
Bend your elbow — it’s at the outer end of the elbow crease, in the little hollow near the lateral side.

✅ How to do it

Massage LI11 with firm, comfortable pressure:

1–3 minutes on each arm

Repeat 1–3x/day, or anytime you feel “hot,” tense, or wired

🌿 More benefits of LI11 (Qūchí)

This point is traditionally used for:

Clearing Heat / reducing inflammation

Skin flare-ups like itching, eczema, urticaria (hives)

Sore throat / feverish symptoms

Headache, red eyes, face heat

Tension + discomfort in the arm/elbow/shoulder

🧠 Extra note: There’s also research looking at LI11 in people with hypertension using heart-rate variability measures (nervous system regulation).

Comment BUNDLE to grab the Reset Holiday Bundle 🎁

I see so many belly dry-brushing routines online…
but most of them don’t follow the natural lymphatic pathways of the body.

And if you don’t follow the direction of lymph flow, you won’t get real or long-lasting results.

✨ Today I’m showing you the CORRECT way to dry brush the belly ✨

We divide the belly into 4 quadrants ⬇️
• Lower left belly → brush toward the LEFT groin
• Lower right belly → brush toward the RIGHT groin
• Upper left belly → brush toward the LEFT armpit
• Upper right belly → brush toward the RIGHT armpit

Why this matters 👇
Because it follows the natural fluid pathways of the lymphatic system, allowing toxins, waste, and excess fluid to actually MOVE and drain.

🧴 Important rules:
✔ Always on bare skin
✔ No oils, no products
✔ Gentle, rhythmic strokes
✔ Consistency = visible results

If you want to learn all lymphatic drainage techniques (dry brushing, manual drainage, facial + body routines, and more) 🎁

a flatter belly Freebie ✨️

✨ Your “strong body” point = STOMACH 36 (Zú Sān Lǐ) 💪🌿
If you only massage one acupressure point daily… make it ST36.

📍 How to find it:
4 finger-widths below the kneecap, on the outer side of the shin bone (slightly off the bone, in the muscle).

In Chinese medicine, ST36 is famous for supporting digestion + building Qi + strengthening the body’s resilience—it’s one of the most-used points for overall vitality.

Why I love ST36 (more benefits ✨)

✅ Immune + resilience support (often used to help the body regulate and recover)
✅ Digestive support: bloating, nausea, weak appetite, sluggish digestion (classic use in TCM + modern clinical practice)
✅ Energy + fatigue support (great when you feel run-down)
✅ Anti-inflammatory regulation (research reviews show ST36 stimulation is linked with anti-inflammatory effects via neuro-immune pathways)
✅ Calms the system + supports recovery (often used in protocols that focus on whole-body regulation)

Do it with me (daily!)

👆 Massage ST36 in circles 1–3 minutes each leg
OR
🔥 Moxa over ST36 ~10 minutes (gentle warmth—never burning, never on irritated skin).

💾 Save this so you actually do it daily.
📩 Share it with someone who needs to see this!
