THIS THURSDAY January 8th — is back at
for a unique session. Our last collaborative event was sold out, and we all love the small group community experience at Pala.

This group session features traditional vibratory instruments — such as meditation gongs, Himalayan sound bowls, and tuning forks –to facilitate a deep somatic exploration.

The session will begin with an optional offering of direct body vibration, in which singing bowls are placed directly on the torso, to guide you into your somatic experience.

The resulting deep resonance within the body is a profound experience.

The vibrational experience will lead into a gong bath — moving from the inward focus on the somatic body towards a shared energetic experience.
