I am committed to change and hope. I have heard my entire life that what I am reaching for is impossible. My mother gifted me a teaching which I hold dear to my heart. Don’t listen to anyone else, if you want it, believe in it, no one else matters, you can have it. So each step I have taken has always been based from an optimistic perspective of hopeful optimism. I have learned much in this process. Often times it also requires surrender and a dropping of expectations. In this process of being hopeful we may encounter self limiting beliefs and thoughts. By stepping into hope it is an opportunity to challenge and change those deeply embedded patterns and abandon those old stories.

The end of each chapter we write should end with ourselves being the hero in the epic story. (A lesson passed to me by David Donovan)

Shiva Shambho Retreats and Energy Body Wellness is excited to announce that we are co-creating with Tierra Encantada, a week long retreat. March 30th - April 5th 2024 in Nosara, Costa Rica. We will be spending a magical week together practicing and learning, expanding, integrating, settling and connecting. Presence is a state of being, expansive, connected, still, free, easeful, full of compassion, tapped in and turned on, and full of joy. The facilitators and teachers will be leading us in daily practices with :

Meditation: Daily mindfulness meditation and movement meditation practices.
Breath: A deep dive into sacred breath-work to deepen your connection to presence and well-being.
Movement: Develop more presence through body awareness with yoga and ecstatic dance.

Friends, I am excited to share that Paul Jarreau and I have been invited to share our offerings of Sound and Plants as Medicine at the New Beginnings Retreat in Nosara CR.

In addition to the sound and plant medicine sessions you will be also be able to drop in and grow and expand your awareness of who you are, find a new way of imagining yourself. The teachers and coaches will be offering

Come join us for a special daylong ceremony at the beautiful and lush Tierra Encantada in Nosara, Costa Rica on Saturday, Dec 3rd from 9:00 - 6:00 pm. Together we will invite the intelligence of sacred plants to help open our HEARTS and connect us deeper into SPIRIT. A safe and sacred container will be held.
