The craziest fact about Nosara!

​If you are a foreigner, this will shock you: In Nosara, the community installed "Monkey Bridges" (aerial rope walkways) over the roads.

The reason? Urban development severed the natural routes of the Howler Monkeys. To protect them from power lines and traffic, organizations like the SIBU Wildlife Sanctuary are in charge of maintaining these bridges that reconnect the forest. It's a truly unique conservation solution.

“You shouldn’t say good days there’s only one day at a time.”

But here, in Nosara, Costa Rica, each sunrise feels like several good days hiding inside one.

Maybe that’s the magic of this place time slows down, and every day feels plural.
