This is one of our favorite moments of the retreat (surf will always be #1 though 😜).
Even though everyone joins Mamawata to take a break and reconnect with themselves, our women’s circle is a gentle reminder of the importance of pausing, sharing, and holding space for one another.

It’s in these moments that we remember: vulnerability is a strength.
And this is where our support network ~ our tribe ~ becomes even stronger. 💛✨

When we first started Mamawata, we used to serve three full meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But with time, we realized something… for most of us (and we think for the vast majority out there), brunches ROCK! 😍

Now we do things a little differently ~ a light, delicious pre-surf breakfast to get us fueled for the waves, followed by the most amazing brunch you could ever imagine 🥑🍳✨ And of course, plenty of snacks to keep us nourished until dinner.

Honestly, it’s definitely the way to do it! Wouldn’t you agree that brunches are the real winners?! 🥂🌞

We kicked things off with a beach stretch, followed by an EPIC surf session, and wrapped it up with the most incredible brunch and the best crew. How lucky are we to call this our life!?
