What’s your plan?!?

This is mine and how I’ll commit, document and see results after
22 HOURS a day,
7 DAYS a week,
30++ WEEKS
(and then there’s a lifetime commitment).
Results will be no more pain, better sleep and who knows what else?!?

Leg Day & l’ll throw in some arms & back.
Pilates Reformer is the only “weight lifting”
I’ve been able to stick with!
Probably because I teach it very much the same way I teach
I’ve been teaching Yoga for 29 years and Pilates Reformer for 4 years. I’m 63 years and life just keeps growing. Please don’t say, “well we’re getting older” because your body is listening.
