🌟Yoga classes:
Classes are all level Yoga Functional Therapy style customized to whomever shows up usually 2-4ppl.
$15 drop in
$50/ package 5class
$60/private or $20/person min 3ppl

Tues 10:00-11:15
Fri 2:00-3:30

⭐️3:30 after Friday class for 20min we have a little local market if vendors come.
Sometimes Cecelia brings green papaya with tortilla/1500colones or burrito 2000. Or Rosa sells cold pressed coconut oil and eggs and fruit. Beto comes with home made chocolate rolls. Juan brings vegan coconut cookies. Dylan sells special Kimchi. Julietta brings her handmade clothes too!
But if they dont know who is coming they may or may not show up! 🐚🌸And I have Tiskita exotic berry jams or chocolate bars for sale.

👉 some weeks I add an extra yoga class Monday 2pm or Wed or Thurs if there are enough people asking ahead and committed to attend.

I take a variety of snorkel dolphin boat tours into the Golfo Dulce weekly to Dolphin Quest eco lodge. Or an Animal Sanctuary also. Advance planning is the only way for this to be possible. $85 -$135/person if 8 people go, ask me if you are interested.

Dolphin Quest and Gulfo Dulce snorkel🤿
General info:

So excited to share these excursions with special people!!🌳
Pristine land and adventures at sea ahead 😍 I will send pics to give you an idea of where we will go in this precious Gulfo Dulce to land and sea beyond time. 🐊
🤩Depart is 6:30am from the fishing boats area. Return to Pavones by 3:00ish (depends on wind) All flexy. 🐬
Its about 1.5hr boat ride into the Gulfo Dulce, we pick up snorkel gear at Dolphin Quest and go dive and swim to catch the right tides at reefs and look for dolphins 🐠 Then we return for light lunch at Dolphin Quest and wander on the land 🌳
If you need snorkel gear
tell me your fin sizes please and how many mask sets requested.
If anyone is susceptible to seasickness some can spend more time on land and others can dive more
☀️ $60/person, 36000 colones. Rates are set on 8 passengers so no cancelations once you confirm or pls find a replacement! 🌈
