Let’s talk ~coaching~ strategy. What does it look like to work with me?

There are a few key concepts that make up my coaching philosophy. When working 1:1 together, our sessions incorporate the following:
1️⃣ BIO-INDIVIDUALITY
Every client comes with their own authentic needs. In this day and age, we’re bombarded with health information (ie. new diets, health fads, workout types, etc) and it gets confusing as to what we should or should not be paying attention to and implementing in our daily routine.
One of my main points of focus is providing my clients with a solid structure that allows for organic & authentic transformation. By doing so, my clients feel empowered to figure out what best serves them.
2️⃣ PRIMARY FOOD
All too often when we think of health, we tend to restrict our thinking to focus on primarily nutrition. But in reality, there are so many additional things that fuel our days— relationships, career, spirituality to name a few.
Throughout the duration of my 1:1 program, we assess twelve different primary foods and address any dissatisfaction & imbalances. This holistic approach towards health provides my clients with a new lens through which they work to implement healthy changes.
3️⃣ SECONDARY FOOD
Do you ‘eat to live’ or ‘live to eat’? Food provides us with the actual energy we need to sustain our days. We take a look at your nutrition choices to see if they are best serving you and your body’s needs.
You should feel energized after meals, not bloated and sluggish. My 1:1 program covers topics such as gut health, balancing blood sugar, food sourcing, and so much more.
4️⃣ PURPOSE
Our society promotes quick fixes as a form of treatment all too frequently. Most doctors constantly prescribe medicine that treat the symptoms rather than addressing the real problem. Only to leave you with the same issue or bigger issues down the road.
Whether it’s destructing a craving you have, or applying intention and meaning to certain habits, we dig deep to uncover the WHY. Doing so empowers my clients to create sustainable changes and stay motivated through times of adversity.
