Let’s talk ~coaching~ strategy. What does it look like to work with me?


There are a few key concepts that make up my coaching philosophy. When working 1:1 together, our sessions incorporate the following:

1️⃣ BIO-INDIVIDUALITY
Every client comes with their own authentic needs. In this day and age, we’re bombarded with health information (ie. new diets, health fads, workout types, etc) and it gets confusing as to what we should or should not be paying attention to and implementing in our daily routine.

One of my main points of focus is providing my clients with a solid structure that allows for organic & authentic transformation. By doing so, my clients feel empowered to figure out what best serves them.

2️⃣ PRIMARY FOOD
All too often when we think of health, we tend to restrict our thinking to focus on primarily nutrition. But in reality, there are so many additional things that fuel our days— relationships, career, spirituality to name a few.

Throughout the duration of my 1:1 program, we assess twelve different primary foods and address any dissatisfaction & imbalances. This holistic approach towards health provides my clients with a new lens through which they work to implement healthy changes.

3️⃣ SECONDARY FOOD
Do you ‘eat to live’ or ‘live to eat’? Food provides us with the actual energy we need to sustain our days. We take a look at your nutrition choices to see if they are best serving you and your body’s needs.

You should feel energized after meals, not bloated and sluggish. My 1:1 program covers topics such as gut health, balancing blood sugar, food sourcing, and so much more.

4️⃣ PURPOSE
Our society promotes quick fixes as a form of treatment all too frequently. Most doctors constantly prescribe medicine that treat the symptoms rather than addressing the real problem. Only to leave you with the same issue or bigger issues down the road.

Whether it’s destructing a craving you have, or applying intention and meaning to certain habits, we dig deep to uncover the WHY. Doing so empowers my clients to create sustainable changes and stay motivated through times of adversity.

Who’s holding you accountable? 🤝

The new year often brings about new goals, hopeful thinking, and excitement to create positive change.

But as the months go on, life gets tough and days get busy. The positive habits we work hard to create often get pushed to the back burner, and we lose sight of the goals we set this time of the year.

So as you create your goals for 2023, I encourage you to also consider your accountability plan. Who will be holding you accountable? To stay disciplined, to ground and support you through adversity, and to get you back on track when needed.

Whether it be an accountability partner or coach, or simply a family member or friend, a little support goes a long way. 🫂

Reaching out for accountability help takes courage, but it truly is “the glue that ties commitment to results.”

Certification complete! ☑️

Back in October of this year, I graduated from the as a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach 🥳

As 2022 comes to a close, I can’t help but pause and think about how life-changing this program was for me—both personally and professionally. I’m so grateful for my IIN experience 🙏🏼

After a busy fall, I’m excited to reset and get things movin’ & groovin’ for the new year. Can’t wait to see the ripple effect continue to grow and impact those around me 💫

“Health is a vehicle, not a destination.” 🔽🔽

All too often we take our good health for granted when things are going well. A resilient mind & body allow us to chase our passions, fall down in the process, but rise once more, stronger than before.💪🏼

When our health declines, it’s only then we realize that we’re unable do what we love on a daily basis. At least not to our fullest capacity.

Restoring optimal health often becomes the main focus, and we lose sight of the bigger picture—creating an authentic & meaningful life for ourselves.

To my fellow athletes— you’re not alone. I share my story to hopefully connect with you, wherever you may be on your own journey. To provide comfort, hope, or inspiration✨

Reflecting on who you are outside of sports can and should happen before they’re no longer a part of your everyday life. But oftentimes with the constant grind of being an athlete, it isn’t prioritized. Instead, we are left to navigate the transition out of athletics on our own.

For me, this struggle led to a decline in my overall health & wellbeing, ultimately preventing me from living in my truth.
