Sunset last week on the 🌅 Such an incredible experience that this family and their crew were willing to have us aboard their 120 ft sailboat while they were off the coast of Costa Rica and make lunch and kombucha for us. It was so interesting seeing their nomadic lifestyle up close and getting to know them all :)

Had one of the most special birthdays of my life this week! Feeling so blessed for this last year, the choices I’ve made and the person I’m becoming. Grateful for another year of being her and for the people God has placed by my side!! Thank you Lord for this life I’m living 😍

This last weekend I went camping with my family. I realized how hard it was for me to slow down as such a high energy person. I wasn’t looking forward to “sitting around all day.” It killed me not having things to do every second of the day. I chose to really take it as a learning opportunity and enjoy the slowness. I spent time with God without distractions, I did puzzles with my family even when it got dark, and I was fully present for moments that I will never get again. God thank you for this weekend and for loving me enough to push me into things that make me uncomfortable 💓
