How can I return my gratitude?
How can I give back to life?
How can I offer myself to this life in a way that contributes to all?

With every breath, downfall and challenge I see the growth of my being. The pain that had to be endured have given me so much strength and expansion.

I thank my gut. My gut, who told me to leave all I knew and travel solo to India seven years ago. A journey that changed all. That changed my perception.

A journey that life led me on. I can’t take any credit. There is no one to take credit anymore.

And I thank my parents for believing in me, and for letting me be lead by life from my heart. And my mum who keeps guiding me from another realm in this universe.

The challenges never stops, but as I grow I expand my awareness and what was once hard is today the wisdom that I hold.

I am grateful. To be existing. To be guided by something much bigger than me. And the closer I stay to my center, in my being, the more I realize that I don’t have to do anything. Life takes care of life. And then smallest things becomes the most beautiful.

All I need to do is allow life to happen, through me, and trust that all is perfect. Always.

I give my hands to this earth. I plant trees so that the future generation can sit in their shade. And eat the fruits. And live a life in abundance and peace. 🌱

I give myself to you in trust.
Because you have given me more I could ever imagine or dream of.

Non of which was ever spoken about or told of in the society and culture I grew up.

Thank you.
Thank you.
For this peace you have given me.

There are many books and scriptures that are pointing in directions of how to encounter source, or if you wish God, Self, Atman, Universe.

This source that has been spoken about since the beginning of mankind. And which has been so utterly misunderstood and misused, by the church for example.

If the church really would want you to experience God, all they would teach you would be meditation. One of our greatest yogis was called Jesus.

God, which is the primal source of all, can only and will only ever be available inside the consciousness of every human being. Even though it is everywhere, all the time, in every single atom that exist.

God is only available for us humans to experience though our own awareness, through our own mind and our own consciousness.

And in the end, to know yourself fully, is to know God. To “Know Thyself” as Jesus said, is to get in touch with that primal force that lives in you and through you, and that lives in every single part of this universe simultaneously. This experience is also known as YOGA - The union of individual mind and source.

To experience God, because as a human being God is an internal experience in your own mind,
is to know unconditional love.
It’s to know peace. Lasting peace.
It’s to know death.
It’s to know pure happiness.
Lasting happiness.
True happiness, that doesn’t arise from any external sensations.

Make your mind still & sharp.
Enter the now, through your own consciousnesses and experience this grace of source.

So that you can walk on this earth and through this life in peace, and so you can share this peace with the beings you meet on your journey ✨

The spiritual path and our teachers has always told the same lesson;

Move yourself from living in darkness and fear.

Move from unconsciousness ( constant stream of unconscious thinking ) to presence, to consciousness where peace always resides.

No thought = No identity.
Only awareness. Only consciousness.

The immense suffering the world is experiencing is the result of an unconscious humankind. The huge trick, the game of our minds is to make us think that we are a conscious species, when actually we are not.

It is the same as perceiving separation. Which is also a form of unconscious experience. Because as long as we don’t quiet the mind we will never see this world in its true light. As long as there are thoughts, there will be some form of experienced separation and therefore the whole picture is not being seen. Only a conditioned view is seen.

And so it is with HEALING and all the new age “packages” you can buy.

If you quiet your mind you will realize that wholeness is already here. That every second on this earth you are whole. From your first breath until your last. Its actually a part of you. Just like peace is a part of you. Just like stillness is a part of you. And nothing can actually heal you, and there is nothing to actually heal in you. BUT you can quiet your own mind and see this clearly.

Once the mind is still you will experience the wholeness, the peace, the belonging that has always been inside you.

But as long as there are thoughts one will continue to live in unconsciousness of who one is and what you are actually doing in this infinite universe.
Right here. Right now.

By giving all you awareness to the now you have the ability to wake up from this illusion.

Wake up from this “me”, this separate being, this being that needs healing, that needs external validation and sources to feel good.

Wake up from this illusion that there is a separate you from all. Go from darkness to light. From unconsciousness to consciousness. And see that actually there is no healing needed.

You have always been and will always be whole. Make your mind sharp, still, and see for yourself.

See yourself and this world in it’s true glory. ✨✨

How do you really see yourself?

To see oneself clearly takes only one realization. And to see oneself clearly one needs to be silent. By silence meaning no thought. Because as long as there is thought the view of oneself, and the world around is only based on language, thinking, logic, images which are all distortions of who one is.

There’s no healing needed.
You are whole.
That’s what realization is.
A change in perception.
Form physical form, body and mind, to infinite.

When you see yourself, fully, in awareness and awareness only, without concept, you will see beyond the personal story.

Beyond physicality, beyond thought.

But as long as there is thought, reality as it is, will not reveal itself.

You are the door, and the key.
Make yourself silent to see.

One of the reasons why we fell for this particular piece of land was the abundance of fruit trees and food already growing here. With the vision of a self sustainable future it seemed very right.

Now for first few years we will continue to develop a food forest, bringing the space fully back to life by planting trees and fruits all around us. Not only helping us but also our precious earth who is already providing us with all of her abundance.

Feeling very thankful and grateful to be able to move in this direction of sustainability. Bringing visions to life. With the privilege I’m born into I also feel responsibility.

Be the change you wish to see in the world. And this is what I wish. Living in mindfulness, in sustainability, in simplicity, close to the natural cycle as possible.

What an amazing new chapter with a lot of work that lies ahead 🌳🌱✨🌴

Self Love ✨

When you start to move inwards filling your own cup of inner love and peace, more and more you’ll notice how your own boundaries will strengthen. You will stop people pleasing in search for external validation and instead your inward focus and presence will grow, making space for your own healing and inner peace to shine.

By doing so some people might be triggered and even offended by your inner presence and peace. Some might even turn away from you or try to bring you down. This because your own light is now shining stronger which can be very triggering for people with very little presence and inward perception.

But as you grow more present you will automatically stop allowing people to push you around or latch on to your energy.

If people leave because you are healing or shining, allow it to happen. Remember that you are constantly guided and on your way to illumination and inner freedom, whatever you do or don’t do. Soon new beings will turn up around you, who can and will meet you at where you are now.

Brighter, present, stronger and more peaceful. 🙏🏾🌕

full moon. ✨

Its so fascinating for me that some people still don’t feel or believe that the cycles and the forces of the planets and moons swirling close by, affecting both plants and waters here on earth with their close presence, have no affect on humans at all. Isn’t that kind of sad, no? That disconnection from our most primal part, nature, and universe itself, has really been so depleted for centuries. As man has brought all weight to mind and reason fully dismissing heart and feeling.

This full moon was intense for me. Emotions everywhere. Hard to focus. No energy and feeling generally out of center.

I stayed in bed all day, with a very reactive mood, only craving the cookies that beautiful had made.

Laying there I realized how far I’ve come in my feelings concerning rest. Concerning being still doing nothing and not feeling guilty for it. Not even a slight bit. Just allowing the state of my being to be where it is, observing the moments of thoughts and emotions, in this moment of what is happening internally, fully.

The way that society has taught us, to become machines that needs to be available and on top of the game, 100% 24/7, is so unnatural.

We all have cycles. Just like the moon. And not being able to be there for these internal shifts, allowing what needs to move through you to do so without having to push it down or let it wait till later, is so important for wellbeing. Is it not time to let go of suppressing ourselves only in order to please a dysfunctional system?

Take care. Find rest if that is what you need. Listen to what you need and do that. Unapologetically.

THE JOURNEY✨

I had been sitting at the same rock for several days in a row. For some reason, I found myself in a completely new country, Guatemala, taking in the beauty of this magical lake. The year was early 2020 and I was looking back at the travels of life so far. How much it made so much sense, how much everything just fell into place.

As the days went past, the lake got calmer, the forest quieter, the volcanos surrounding the area more profound.

I never really decided to meditate so much and so intensely, it was more like I was being moved into it, now looking back at these happenings.

But after a few days I realized that the external shift I was experiencing came from inside. Inside my own psyche.
More meditation. And slowly my mind became quieter and quieter.

A shift was taking place inside.
It felt like my eyes started to see. Like my senses was turned on for the first time in my life. At age 28 I finally could see the colors of the leaves, the colors of the sky. And my mind was so quiet.

As soon as a thought crept into my consciousness I dismissed it, only to place my awareness back in the present moment. It was the most intense inner joy and bliss I ever felt. It was the most intense inner peace I’ve ever felt. And at the same time as it felt like an inner or**sm was happening in my own psyche it was scary. Real scary at times.

My body was vibrating. Literally. I felt my whole body’s subtle vibrations.
For several nights I couldn’t sleep. Not by choice.
It was like my body didn’t need to sleep. I was not tired. As all my awareness was here. In the present moment. I realized that the mind makes one tired. All the thoughts about everything makes the body tired. But without thought sleep was not needed.

All is exactly as it needs to be always.
That feeling stayed. We are always guided except our limited awareness can’t see it in this infinity.

As my awareness slowly started to turn back into “normal”, after months of heightened senses, that’s the feeling that stayed, the inner peace of oneness with all, that inner presence, of inner guidance. The knowing that all is perfect. Always.

That peace I wish every single being on earth. ✨💕

As Yin desires Yang
As Light desires Dark
As Night desires Day
As Shakti desires Shiva
- to be able to merge and coexist peacefully in this existence.

In the exact same manner the individual human Mind desires to know the Cosmic Mind, it’s creator.
It desires to know it’s other half,
Longing for it every moment on earth,
And therefor heads of to Seek

And in the first try,
and maybe the second and third,
the Individual Mind turns to the external world to Know.

To know what this desires is.

It turns to lovers, it turns to s*x,
it turns to food, it turns to money,
it turns to information, material, concepts, drugs & alcohol.

But without bearing any fruit.
As soon as one of the external desires have been reached a new one is being craved for.

Sooner or later the Individual Mind realizes that the desire it is looking for is within.

So it is, that the Individual Mind turns inwards, in stillness, in meditation, in observation and awareness of Now, until that one day when the illusion of separation falls internally, and the inner or**smic psycho-spiritual explosion merges the two Minds together in bliss.

The Seer becomes the Seen.

Finally Shiva meets Shakti, Yin meets Yang, and once again they can dance in their unconditional love for eachother.
In the union of Yoga.

And the ultimate desire has been satisfied.

And the unconditional love for Mind to Existence and for Existence to Mind,

allows the individual to rest in the infinity of the Now, the present moment,
where all this time,
Peace has been waiting.

The more time I spend in the presence of nature the more I realize how nurturing it is for the nervous system. The intimate flow of natural organic light and surroundings gives so much clarity and peace inside.

More and more I feel very affected by the material based, overconsumption of towns and cities. It’s like my mind gets overwhelmed and overstimulated as soon as I enter into places of concrete, urban noises and impressions from people in a constant hurry. Running through life like it’s a contest or a race.

No thanks. Not buying that anymore. I’ve realized lately that what I was taught to be and become by the ways of society actually does not resonate at all with my inner voice. With my inner wisdom. Simplicity has become far more valuable to me.

Simplicity is actual extremely underrated. It’s too peaceful to be grateful for just being. Breathing.

Like our fellow plants.
Like our fellow birds and animals.

Im learning so much from observing the presence of nature. Immersed.

I’m growing into being.
Slowly into this newfound presence.

Growing into simplicity.
In gratefulness 💕
