🔴 | El Hospital Tony Facio Castro llevó a cabo una primera resección histeroscópica, un procedimiento ginecológico mínimamente invasivo que permite extirpar pólipos endometriales y otras lesiones uterinas sin necesidad de incisiones externas. Esta técnica ambulatoria reduce el dolor, el sangrado y el tiempo de recuperación, permitiendo que la paciente regrese a su casa el mismo día.

La intervención fue posible tras la compra de un histeroscopio, equipo que facilita la visualización directa del interior del útero y la resección completa de las lesiones.
