WHAT IS REAL FORGIVENESS?

One of the hardest situations for you to deal with professionally is when people who are important in your business or career, blame you for something that you feel was not your fault.😬

Yet to manifest abundance in this area of your life, you must forgive.

I would love to share with you right now one of my favourite therapies to help with this! It’s called ho’oponopono.

You just need to recite the following to get the benefits:

I am sorry
Please forgive me
I love you💕
Thank you👐

Repeat as many times as you want until you feel that the frustration and anger have been dispelled.

You then realise that whether it is you that should be saying sorry, or them, it doesn’t matter!!

Just let go.🙇

And live your life freely.

DO YOU KNOW THE BENEFITS OF QIGONG?

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that consists on the art of cultivating ENERGY, so that it flows properly and harmoniously within our body, through a group of techniques that include mind, physical exercise, and breathing.

It is an activity for everyone regardless of gender, age or physical condition, designed to enhance our state of health, to re-energize ourselves and deepen our spiritually.

It is also an important part of the QUANTUM FLOW method.

QiGong brings many benefits, and these are some of them:

1. Promotes inner balance thanks to the harmonic movements of the body and deep concentration.

2. Brings a greater state of calm as it eliminates tension and stress.

3. Provides greater mental clarity, helps improve concentration and have a more effective emotional management.

4. It connects us with the present, as a mindfulness exercise, bringing more happiness and optimism to our lives. It is effective in cases of depression and anxiety.

5. Eliminates toxins and waste substances from the body, which improves the digestion process, relieves headaches and migraines.

6. Improves coordination and balance, increases flexibility and joint condition. It helps to eliminate contractures and corrects body posture.

7. Activates blood circulation. Increases the number and quality of red blood cells. It improves the immune system, delays aging and is effective against degenerative processes.

In general, Qi Gong is a wonderful practice whose general goals are: health, physical fitness, longevity and cultivation of our own faculties, which helps us to balance ourselves physically, emotionally and mentally.

WEALTH IS YOUR NATURAL STATE!
Sometimes money might be a challenging area to look at, but it is very important to integrate every aspect of our life without shame.

We all have the right to manifest financial abundance in our lives, even though some limiting beliefs can stop us from doing it. That’s why it is so important to be absolutely and truly honest with yourself on how you are in this area of your life, without any judgement, just being ‘raw and real’.

That’s always the first step to manifesting anything for our life!
So, it’s actually not about what you are manifesting, but why you are manifesting it. Your WHY is the base of it all. And it doesn’t mean your why is going to stay the same. It will definitely change as you evolve!

But don’t hustle! Just be grounded and surrender to your dreams and the desires that come through your most authentic self.

Because when you do this and you deeply know your WHY, and you also open up to sharing your abundance, it will certainly flow into your life.

Hola familia!

I am so grateful that we are integrating after our three weeks in MindValley University, sharing so much with so many wonderful people.



I haven’t even had the time to do an actual post about our experiences there, but I’m sure you were able to see and follow our stories. I promise I will be sharing with you about that very soon.



And as I mentioned before, we’re so grateful to be here in this fabulous hotel, the , and for the time we’re spending here in Dubai, where we are for business, and also working with some private clients.



For now, we are just embracing the energy of this outstanding city, the energy of creation, the energy of manifestation. Also coming back to our mission, our vision and our love bubble.
