“We live in a world of influencers, inflated egos, and smoke-sellers who disguise marketing as science. Dentistry cannot afford that trap.”

Just finished presenting at the 5th Joint Congress for Ceramic Implantology in Switzerland and this was my closing statement.

In my presentation, I kept hammering the same point: we need to bring science, not just what we believe. As surgeons placing these implants, we have to understand the biological rationale behind what we’re doing.

I walked through my decision-making algorithm; the one I’ve developed over years of practice to get predictable outcomes.

As biologically guided dentists, our job is simple: be relentless with the information we consume. Resist empty trends. Demand real, reproducible evidence.

Biology isn’t bought with likes or validated by followers. It’s respected with science, protected with ethics, and proven with sustainable results.
